Sorry but I followed the txt transcript of this and the amount of uhs/ums and stuttered repetitions of the beginning of his sentence leads me
To believe that this was largely a absolute terrible suprise to dapper and caught them completely off guard. That being said it doesn’t seem like there is a solution indefinitely. Hence the reluctance to provide any roadmap.
I also understand the position there in and how difficult this must be at the same time.
My suggestion is to
A) add the following metrics to the Home Screen on All day updated daily to provide clarity to users (avg transaction value$, total transaction count, units per transactions per each user) (avg ticket, foot traffic &UPT)
B) instead of the reluctance of giving information release a broad base of ideas with a ball park time line and give an indication of 0-100% on how tentative they could be and gauge the feedback from the community. IE set rewards - 60% execution forecasted 1-4 months and then gauge the feedback and communicate the overall response and adjust the probability and timeline accordingly
please no more pack drops... in need of new users = new fresh money = higher market cap = higher floor prices.....reward sets and team collection
It's funny how Noah is describing all the pitfalls they want to avoid, like collectors feeling their Lego's are only rewarded with a coupon, people not getting excited to pull a rare because the mints are too high + no value etc, have already come to pass and the userbase is complaining about exactly those things. Big miss by Dapper already.
