Owerri is the least developed city in igboland, Onitsha, Enugu, Awka, Abakaliki are the best cities in igboland followed by Aba and Owerri .

I live in owerri and the roundabout was not totally removed the last time I visited the site.. However part of the video footage was shot before the flyover construction.all the same I will be creating another content on the new flyover
