    Well I usually do 10 reps in each set also I never thought that parallel bar dips are necessary but glad to know abt it thanks for this video !

      Hello Roshan, you can be coached online the way more than 5000 shooters across more than 72 countries are doing through www.foresightshooting.com.
      Incidentally, the 1st Module is Free, all you have to do is to register on the website. Secondly, I would advice you to buy an electronic trigger pistol such as the Morini or steyr.

    I just have my birth certificate and passport (Indian). don't have school cartificate..pls guide

      1 set of repetitions, usually 10 repetitions in one set.

      Time for each set varies from person to person but the thumb rule is to do each repetition easily.
