I don't think he has one, but he does have two upgrades for radius and lifetime for the explosions he produces. It makes a world of difference either way.
As someone who mains them, Toxic Pea can be good for assists and probably one best peas for defending objectives and for new players. And Alien Flower is really good in the right hands and best for capturing. Of course all of this varies a lot on how experienced the player is and how well they know the maps.
I think a lot of gamers get very caught up in trying to use the "best" or "meta" characters/play styles, but sometimes players just need to step back and find out what play styles make them have the most fun especially in a game like GW2.

i have to come to the defense of ice pea, hes nowhere near the best of the peas but after going through the process of mastering all the peas, if you take the time to carefully land your shots and dont rely on splash damage he can be DANGEROUS and really fun to play as much more than the other elemental peas imo
I really like ice pea because u can use the same Strat as goalie star, which is freeze ur opponents and use an ability like bean bomb or just Gatling them down
It seems like you don’t have much experience with ice pea as a character, I suggest playing him more since if you learn how to lead his shots you can pretty much get a bunch of free vanquishes
I don’t know why people get offended when alien flower is bad like it’s not even a real person it’s a video game character ever since wolfy made that video playing with the alien flower like alien flower has become a meme at this point

If there's a capture point like in Turf, Suburbination or Gnome Bomb, Alien Flower is absolutely disgusting, but imo she doesnt have much purpose anywhere else. Toxic Pea (at least to me) as always felt like the most lenient Peashooter, bc correct me if im wrong but im pretty sure he has higher splash than any of the others, aside from E-Pea, which, when coupled with Toxic damage, makes for a character who's excellent at crowd control and helping whittle down the enemies' health E-Brainz thankfully punches pretty quick so i think he can still get some decent damage off even if he doesnt get the full 10 punches he needs to kill most characters. I think he'd be better if the chain lightning was a bit stronger, honestly. I dont think he's mid, but he sure as hell aint top tier or anything Ice Pea had the ice effect which is just really dangerous on its own, and couple that with some decent splash damage, and you honestly have a pretty solid character. Centurion feels more like a support soldier to me, like with the way his weapon works, i dont think he was meant for taking down the entire team by himself like the others, i feel like he was mostly meant for assisting the others Park Ranger to me has the same logic as Alien Flower. Also Ice Pea is very good, eispecially in Ops, because he has AOE freeze.

Her damage per second is lower compared to other sunflowers, but careful aim and the ability to deny area makes up for it by turning her into a supportive powerhouse. Long range, area denial, attrition through chip damage. The level of influence she enforces is more important in my opinion than the raw damage output.
Alien flower is amazing. I decided to play her cause my friend was(I had never played Sunflower before) and I wiped the floor with the other team getting 4 boasts. Her cloud is awful compared to the other aoe characters but the impact damage is great.
I'm pretty new to the game (I've played a bunch of gw1 when I was kid and now I have like 20hrs on gw2) but I can't see how centurion should be even mediocre, in close range fights do like 15/20 dmg whit a horrible fire rate and from distance 10 dmg. The only 2 good things of centurion are how it looks and the fire damage which make heal the plants a bit slower, fire damage is pretty mid tending to bad. This were only my impression after some matches, if someone can tell me how to make it work PLEASE tell me, I love how it looks but most of the time I play it like a sniper (for the fire rate since it have the peashooter fire rate, if not worse, and doing half or less than half than the pea) meanwhile a citron (or some variant) take half of my health in 2 seconds from a longer range.

Sharkbite has the balance of both sniping and blasting, inly taking 1 ammo from both versions while also having lower dmg and faster atk speed
