Shift all the desk jobs to "work from home" - this will reduce :-
1. Excessive migration to urban areas,
2. Overburden on cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore etc,
3. Overpopulation and overpollution - the two gigantic issues of the nation,
4. Maintenance of roads and public infrastructure which will save our taxes.
5. Health ailments as people will not be wasting their time, money and energy in unnecessary commuting and futile consumption of resources.
6. Electricity requirements as our homes consume lesser energy than offices.
Many married (frustrated) couples are craving for office. And india has huge number of such working professional. So anyone asking for wfh has been laughed at these days by these a**hols

1. Big chunk of revenue comes from taxes on automobile fuels.
2. Big revenue comes in the form of GST on cars ( as high as 40%), registration fees, GST of car insurance
3. 49% of the manufacturing sector survives on automobile industry.
This is why government is not seriously promoting public transport and green transportation (EVs, cycling tracks)

In Singapore a car owner have to pay 60 lakh tax for car cost 20 lakh...! It means a car 25 lakh in India, costs 1 crore in Singapore...!!!
