    good deck list, traps I've also been testing several combinations, but in ranked the combination of rivalry and gozen are very good and in tournaments too, I've also been testing 1 flying pegasus + 2 switchyard to help with the consistency of rank 10 plays, the deck ends up being very close to the tcg version (excluding therion obviously and hand traps) in the end I think the problem is just adjusting the number of cards so it doesn't brick too much :)

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety +2

      completely agree, sometimes carrying a lot of cards between extenders, floodgates or handtraps can make us brick sometimes :'(
      I will continue to test suggestions in the comments among other ratios in the next Earth Machine duels!
      Thanks for leaving your comment! :D

      Crossout really is a card that I could change! :0
      but imperm is a card I underestimated in the beginning and now that I'm using it a lot it's giving me excellent results :0 especially against flow / adventure token

      @@Loguer002 imo I prefer not playing the floodgates and even if I did, I wouldn't play them at three. The deck is bricky enough with 20 bricks in the main deck

    Nice video as always!
    I've started to play a pure machina going 2nd deck which i can also play during the no extra deck event, it's less strong but even more satisfying to win with it :D

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety +2

      Machina pure is a very good deck too! I have seen that they have 3 skill drains among other floodgates which is very strong :0

    Was playing Floow while waiting for this video.
    Probably will finish my climb to Diamond V before trying this myself. Dunno about the x3 Rivalry and Gozen. But i guess you can adjust as you climb. Like Floow ignores Rivalry, but Gozen makes they plays way more awkward.
    Anyways, thanks for sharing and explaining the ways to play Earth Machine :)

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety +1

      Between rivalry and gozen, rivalry has given me very good results. It's true, against flowandeereze it's a dead card but against most of the strong decks in Diamond it has served me well. They are quite debatable cards to use, I will not deny it... that's why I will try to keep testing and I will show you how the progress is going with future Earth Machine Duels!
      Thank u so much for comment! :)

    I remember in one of your older videos you said playing 3 urgent schedule in a deck that wants to go first is a mistake. Did your opinion change because of the modifications to the deck or is it due to the meta game?

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety

      about urgent schedule I said it as a kidding xD the card may not be useful going first but it is possibly the most broken card in the deck! :0
      I have seen that some take it to 2 others to 3, as in master duel is bo1 and you don't know if you will go first or second I think that taking it to 3 is perfect

  • @Ninerule34
    @Ninerule34 Před 2 lety

    Personally if Gozen gets in your way, maybe use Skill Drain instead? It's a decent (lol) floodgate that almost does what Gozen does but doesn't *really* hurt you all that much, especially since you've generally gone off for it to matter on turn two. Plus your big beatsticks can just summon from grave and get effects when destroyed anyway

    • @Ninerule34
      @Ninerule34 Před 2 lety

      And since you don't really have any on-board negates it's a decent negate outlet, even if it's two sided. Either that or Kaiser Colosseum?? That'd be kinda Nasty sittin' on a Ruinforce with a KC that'll just float into Citadel

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety +1

      It is a very good option! For now I'm testing more negators (and if skill drain would be perfect to be tested) like 3 strikes per gozen match, I'll definitely try 3 skill drain soon.
      Thanks for comment bro! :)

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety +1

      I had not read your second comment, sorry :0
      Kaiser Coliseum is something that never crossed my mind, unlike skill drain that I had it because many "machina control" have it. It's a very curious card, I'll try it out.

    • @TiagoODuelista
      @TiagoODuelista Před 2 lety

      @@Loguer002 Skill Drain is specially strong if you focus more on the rank 10 side of it, negating all the lv 10 trains downsides. But that's almost a whole new version of the deck.

      @XelaHtok Před 2 lety

      @@Loguer002 I also run Skill Drain, it gets annoying but if you can get Anger Knuckle in the grave, you now can turn off skill drain whenever you want since you can send it to revive Knuckle.

    How consistently are you able to pull off the draw 2 combo with this build? My main concern is opening Gearframe -> normal summon -> search Unclaspare -> summon Unclaspare and send Fortress -> xyz into Gigant X -> add Harvester, but then not having enough levels in the hand to bring back Fortress in grave to then link into Platinum Gadget and summoning Harvester. Going first, it seems like you would simply have to open with Gearframe with enough machines in hand or Redeployment (but that's a huge Ash target), which I worry isn't consistent enough. With the reduced number of Dozers and ways to search it (less Harvesters and no Metalcruncher), it seems like Gearframe is the most common starter, and you need specific cards to go full combo.

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety

      Oh ok, that's a very good point.
      In my opinion when you take metalcruncher x3 + harvester x3 , something I've been playing almost 6 months. The deck is characterized by playing around its own monsters, the 1 card combo (draw 2 at the end which is very good), but I feel it has less space to be "versatile"... in what sense? that we can't carry staples like the other tier 1 decks. That's the point that differentiates, I think, the 2 decks. The gearframe combo by itself always needs an extender, but in practice if there is no extender, there is some card to defend us.
      I always liked to go second with the metalcruncher combo because when I went first the amount of level 5 infinitracks I was carrying made me brick a looot. :/ and almost always the 1 card combo did not end because of a handtrap: 'v
      I consider the gearframe combo a little better going first but that's up to everyone's taste, I think :0
      I plan to upload more replays between today or tomorrow, and what you mention has happened to me: gearframe combo and no extender :'v but what makes me survive1 turn are the other 3-4 cards XD

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před 2 lety

      In addition to this... I think that in more than 30 duels, I have only done the combo gearframe->geargigant x-> platinum gadget->harvester play ...1 time XD Master Duel is plagued of handtraps :'V

    • @Loguer002
      @Loguer002  Před rokem

      Playing with floodgates or stun in b01 duels is an extremely consistent strategy unlike b03 games! I like to go for more combo than stun but that doesn't stop me from playing pure machina from time to time.
