I mean Silverstream is canonically spoiled and entitled as heck. Like it makes her an interesting character but- she legit thought she was untouchable from consequences with her relationship with Graystripe because “my daddy is leader, so his warriors listen to me.” I would not put it past her to whap a child.
I also notice a trend with Riverclan collectively spoiling any kit that looses their mother.

It kinda sucks that GreyStripe might choose Silver over Millie…
Better than ShadowClan whose cats seem to neglect or give much tough love to kits whose mother died and/or abandoned them.
@mrdoe97 I think it is significantly less respectable to choose a woman who died long ago over the woman you grow old with. I don't really care for Millie but I can't stand the idea of her living with this man loyally her whole life and then him ditching her for some girl who died years ago. But that's my opinion.

Honestly, I like mean/sassy Silverstream. Not in terms of like “Her spitting in your face is just her way of being a good cat uwu”, but I think it makes her more interesting and consistent with how she was when she was alive. We see her as the nice, gentle queen in StarClan, but when she was alive, from Fire and Ice to the manga at the end of Crookedstar’s Promise, she was spoiled and bratty, with the mindset “I’m the leader’s daughter, I’m basically the princess and can do what I want >:3”. It makes sense to see more of that side. More interesting than just “nice, gentle queen we’ve seen 1000 times”
well personally My favorite part of Silverstream is how her spoiled life leads her to have more philosophical freedom eventually leading her to being the main driving force of yelling at Firestar to ignore social conventions in favor of things that are just Morally correct outside of explicit warrior code content.
I've long since stopped reading this series, but I don't get why so many characters' personalities suddenly change the moment they die.
It was funny when she was jealous of Greystripe who moved into Millie in the newest book
Well that might actually explain feather tail in the circumstances of how squirrelflight got the three There’s a reason why jealousy is called the green eyed monster after all

Whiteclaw and Graystripe should have bonded over their poor taste in she-cats.
Then greystripe betrays again and kills whiteclaw (I believe it was whiteclaw he pushed into the gorge)

Oh Silverstream… You have a personality, which is amazing for a female in this series, but my _god_ is it grating. Im stuck right in between loving and hating her. What an absolutely incomprehensible character. Amazing.
While she didn't actually do any of this, Silverstream is VERY ENTITLED in leopardstar's honor. She makes excuses for her actions all the time when confronted as though everyone just needs to get a grip or something and Buzz off. She gets away with more stuff than leopardstar does, despite the series saying once or twice that leopardkit was spoiled too. But silverstream is worse and also, mostly a NOBODY to anyone outside of "is very hot" and "crookedstar's daughter." She's PRE-Leafpool

I remember when Fireheart tried to talk to Silverstream into giving up on Greystripe in...Fire and Ice?...but she was like "No, I won't give up on Greystripe. It's none of your business. My dad is Clan leader and I don't have to worry about that." And also in Forest of Secrets when Fireheart is told that Silverstream is expecting kits and Fireheart tells Greystripe that he'd never be able to be with his kits or let them know who he is and Silverstream is like "it doesn't matter if no one else knows. I'll know and that's all that matters" completely overlooking everything else!!!

I find it really funny when they visit StarClan and Graystripe is there. Sliverstream gets so salty when Millie and Briarlight go up to Graystripe and she just glares at them. It is also hilarious and the cherry on top when Feathertail is watching Crowfeather and Leafpool from a distance at the same time. The two of them were just getting jealous! It was probably the only funny but in the book :(
