Thank you I have been trying to get help from the church for 10 years. I’ve been in an abusive marriage for 15 years and people don’t believe me. Pastors, counselors, Bible study leaders….they validate him and it’s always a hint praying for him & having hope for the marriage. After countless moments of confronting him he manipulates others and I have no prof of emotional, mental, financial abuse. My closest people believe me and know his faulty character but MOST see the false guy who is fun and cool. The church has failed me for years and I was left
Alone to deal with trying to divorce him. Thank you for this. Recently we where surrounded buy godly men in church and I decided to finally speak out again..I felt safe because one guy was trying to cast out a religious spirit from my husband… I felt validated… finally!!! I confronted my husband in front of them and my husband refuses to stay together now. It used to be that I was running from the marriage and he wouldn’t leave me alone. But finally, the truth is out.
