I love this pattern! So often we start with precuts and end up cutting them down to other sizes. Rarely have I seen it where more is added on to them! This is so interesting and unique and I can’t wait to make my own! Thank you for sharing!!
I watch so many quilt tutorials but never hardly comment. But, I must comment on this tutorial because the cardboard & template trick is absolutely mind blowing!! Thanks for the tip Laura!!
Gorgeous. I have never seen this pattern. There are so many color possibilities for this pattern. I will have to work it on paper to see if it can be worked as four different color pathways instead of two. Thank you, Laura, for your continued sparking of my muse. Obviously, you have an impact on purchasing on Amazon since your color choice is sold out. I do hope you get some incentive pay on the sales. You do so much for us without us paying for your expertise. This means I can actually make projects instead of paying for classes. I appreciate you. Peace.
Simply Amazing Pattern! I love the 3-D effect, looks like you cut all those 5" squares into a rhombus, but no! This is such a doable pattern - thank you for all your work!
Loved the video. I ordinarily would not have given this pattern a second look since it's not really a color combination I would use, but you make it really do-able. Thanks for all the tips and tricks. I will have to give this a try :)
Wonderfully clear instructionsvasbusual! Great method of using the template. I love the pattern too and it would suit a variety of 5" square fabrics. A Must try!

Why is 108" wide quilt backing so much stiffer and I find it to be much harder to machine quilt?
When you use fabric with pinked edges how do you determine the edge when matching edges, the point or the “valley”? Thank you.
👍👍👍
