- STONEHAVEN Scotland | Walking Tour 4K | January 2023. Stonehaven lies on Scotland's northeast coast and had a population of 11,150 at the 2020 Census. After the demise of the town of Kincardine, which was gradually abandoned after the destruction of its royal castle in the Wars of Independence, the Scottish Parliament made Stonehaven the successor county town of Kincardineshire. This video was recorded on Friday 30th of Dec 2022.

Thank you for showing me around the town of Stonehaven. What a lovely town with its Market Place, harbour and the beach. The architecture of the churches and some of the houses is beautiful. I hope that the empty house along the way will be restored, it would be a shame not to. It looks like a bustling town which would get a few tourists. 🥰 Looks like the rain held off for you. ☂
