Yesterday i learned from my self that i can look confident but once i reach my limit i become shy around my crush & then i need to pull back a bit or even take some distance for a few days to refill my confidence

I avoided my high school crush like the plague. And I noticed she avoided me too. The vibes were powerful and I guess we both felt it. Scared the hell out of me. It wasn’t until 15 years later that we both admitted it. And the weird thing was even 15 years later it STILL existed! Now I avoid her again lol. Plus she’s married now and I’m not a home wrecker. But it does bug me sometimes ( obviously)

Sometimes a crush is one sided and the other person has only been friendly and polite towards you and nothing else. When you have a crush, most people see what they want to see and begin to stop thinking about the other person. Using a causal friendship to try to be around them more, always finding a way to bump into them and stringing out any conversation or interaction soon becomes tiresome. Stop being a selfish stalker/creep, pretending to just be friendly.
Moving too fast is definitely a turn off. It scares me. How can you even tell that you love someone or like someone and want to be in a relationship with them just after 2- 3 dates?? Nope. I'll drag it for months. Not because I love the chase, because I want both of us to be sure of our feelings and how much the guy wants to commit. If the guy is not patient enough, then that's fine.
p.s. I read the 5 love languages. Mine are definitely act of service and quality time. Not so much with words and gifts, so I hope the guy would understand if I'm bad with words and appreciates my efforts. lol.

I have a massive crush on a coworker and she knows that I like her! I finished all of her jobs behind her back when she was sick from COVID and she was really grateful! She tries to talk to me sometimes in the office (work related, but it feels like it is an excuse because she could’ve texted me about it) but then I try to distant her because I don’t want her to know I am to strong into it! I don’t want to scare her away
I wouldn't keep doing that. If you really like her, and think she may like you, be confident and ask her out. The worse she can say is no. Then you move on if she doesn't feel the same as you.

I’m pretty much at the waiting for her rebound to end stage of life right now. I know it sounds simple or whatever but recently we’ve stopped talking. We have verbally communicated about the connection the similarities we have just how much we like each other, which is a lot for two very communicative people so that’s why I when I got to the point where we didn’t stop talking. It kind of scared me because up in till this point everything has been so clear, so I got scared, but it seems most of what you said applies directly to my relationship, so I’m not that worried anymore. Just sort of frustrated that I can’t hold her hand or anything.
Why weren't we taught about these things in school ? It would have been so much easier to deal with these emotions now.

Had a secret crush on a girl for years Always liking her posts. Going to see her perform. Although we were friends, she never reciprocated. We were well suited IMO. So I took the advice of ignoring her on social media and not going out of my way to say. hello when in the same room. To see how she likes it. And sure enough she did notice and eventually came over to talk to me, but by then I had resigned myself to the fact that we were not to be. So when she came over I was caught off guard and could only mutter "Hi". She then unfriended me. It's weird but if you show interest in other girls around her. Her interest in you will improve or multiply. That's just how their minds work. Especially if these girls show interest in you in front of her. Are minds don't work that way. If us guys like a girl. It does not matter what others say or if we notice other guys not really showing interest in her. I know the way I work if I like a girl i pursue. Going on a rant, I came to one of these videos to see where I went wrong. We were about to go on a date a couple weeks ago on Monday when she cancelled the day of because she was sick. She's been replying to my texts ever since a day or two later.
And she was still last weekend but I sent on sunday how are you feeling you doing okay? She only replied a day later, still sick but thanks for checking in and hope I'm doing okay. So I waited a few more days, at this point it's been a week and a half since first being sick so I'm assuming she's alright now. I say this past friday night are you feeling any better? and that I've been great busy with work. Still no reply and it's Sunday afternoon.
What gives? I'm confused and a bit annoyed she's wasting my time after she was the one who hit me up to schedule the date a couple weeks ago, and had a genuine apology for cancelling and she also wanted to reschedule for the weekend. I believe she is/was genuinely sick, but I don't think that she should be wasting my time like this. I'm 99% sure I'm going to cut ties if she doesn't have an apology for the late response and if she doesn't mention the date that we were going to reschedule but I'm just so confused.

It sorted itself out from getting rid of contact and time just going on. I've been chatting to a woman on social media for several weeks which then transpired into daily phone calls, texting, a brilliant date, more phone calls and texting and I really clicked with her and she said she really liked me too. But over the past few days she hasn't replied to my messages. I've left her alone now because I've no idea what's going on. She hasn't blocked my number or removed me from her social media. I'm trying to resist the urge to contact her and my stomach is in knots.

She then eventually sent me a text explaining that she wasn't ready for a relationship. She then proceeded to block my number and remove me from her social media. I did suspect that she may have already been in a relationship. So I sucked it up and moved on, but I've not re entered the dating scene since.

I met a girl in a class (2 days/week ,3months long) and we clicked instantly . I liked her and she is 100% in to me . we talked and we hang out , sitted next to each other and comes back to home together . In short our mates even could see that there is something going on in between us . One odd is that we hardly text each other . because m not that much of a texting guy.
in our final class I asked her out for a date and she accepted then we spent some quality moments together (not sex ). she always seemed happy when she is with me and she always wants to be with me wen m around .
