Customer should've ordered a matching LED headlight too. Absolutely awesome job, very clear video. Thanks for sharing!
Sensacional seu trabalho, ficou muito top
Awesome tech you have there like that he uses hand tools instead of power tools for disassemble and install
Great video I did the same upgrade everything went smoothly but my headlight is dim and bright won’t work at all been struggling with the trouble shooting.
Bike looks good in denim black, man, any color really! Just liked and subscribed 🤘
Thank you!!!
Looks dope
I hate doing bars but it always looks better in the end. Nice work 👍🏾👊🏾
Thank you.
@@Nandos_garage check out my road king special on u tube ,it has a 143 in making 181 HP moonshine HD did it for me
What grips are those?
How much did this cost? I Literally need the same thing done on my 2020 Road King Special. Live in Southern Cali too.

Question….so i see you put the frenched headlight trim ring over the existing stock trim ring? I removed the stock and installed the frenched one and there is bout a quarter inch gap now. Didnt bother me but im wondering if water will get in now. Is your way the correct way?
Hey. The visor is made to go over stock. Just be careful not to scratch the stock incase you don’t like it
Also the housing isn’t weather proof so you don’t have to really worry too much about it. The light bulb is weather proof.

Yea i did see a video of it going over the stock one too, but i tried even unscrewing the bolt to completely out and couldn’t stretch it out enough to fit over. I did get mine on amazon tho so its not “from harley OEM” but harley has been out of stock on it for as long as I’ve been looking to get it. I think the harley one is a complete 7 inch circle with a thru bolt/screw that screws right into the stock screw hole. Mine has a split at the bottom with about a 1 1/4 long bolt and a separate nut tha goes thru the split horizontally. 🤷♂️ 30 bucks tho. Will put the Harley one on if it ever comes in stock. Im just worried about water🤷♂️
Where did you find the spot lights that would fit a road king special..
I’ve looked high and low..
Parts man says there’s nothing that will fit the special..
To be honest I don’t know where the guy got it from. Sorry for the late reply I messaged him to see what he said. He only mentioned it was on eBay. Hope that helps.
Dennis Kirk has the Auxiliary Lights for Road King Special. I definitely want a set on mine.
How did you relocate the turn signal wiring?
Some wiring kits come with turn signal extensions. Check with the brand your going to buy at the description of the product
Jeeeeesus. This shit was so easy on my Road Glide. Dreading it on the new Road King..
Why did the tank need to be removed? I’be been trying to study up because I’m going to do mine real soon. Thanks in advance
Well some cases you don’t need to but it’s just good practice to remove so you have no obstruction or risk of damage. Also the wiring harness plugs are in the frame by the tank. It’s makes life easier.
How much do you charge bro I can’t find a video for the 2021
You can message ask.nandosgarage@gmail.com
Or on IG @nandos_garage
awesome video. I sent you a DM. I need exactly the same thing done to my bike. I'm close by.
Hey brother do you have the links for the passing lights and the bar that holds them? And what height are these bars...I assume theyre more than 12 since you had to change lines... Lemme know thanks. And if youre in Southern Arizona Imma come to your store so you can install my new stuff.. hahah Thanks again boss
Thanks for watching. I reside in Cali. Bars are 16s, passing lights the guy said he got them on eBay. I had asked him for the link since people are asking but he didn’t respond.
@@Nandos_garage no worries brother I've found the bar its called Krator on amazon... Thanks for the reply ride safe ride looong
What computer did you use to do the abs brake bleed, nice job!
No computer buddy. Have a vacuum pump that works great
I’m a actually Harley Davidson shop, I use the Snap on p1000, it activates the abs system for the bleeding process
@@jaseysmith1629 I’ve looked into that scanner. It’s a pricey tool. I’m still working on building up tools. Currently waiting on getting my tire machine delivered. Most of the bikes that come in I’ve been able to successful diagnose or add on parts. Only thing I don’t do is tune since I think it works best when it’s Dyno tuned
Yeah I got lucky with mine I got it pretty cheap, normal price is like 5k
why flushing the master cylinder ??
Master break cylinder because it has new lines. so you’ll need to take off all the air in the system. including the master
Avon grips
16 or 18??!
16s.
What was wrong with the original bars? They were a little high but you could have gotten used to them.
Some just want to change the original bars to a more comfortable style or maybe could be just for looks. It depends on the person
I bought the 2023 RKS a few weeks ago. I took it for a two-hour trip and I can confirm the original handlebars are pretty terrible. No matter how I adjust them - they are awful. I am 6 2. I don't think there is anybody out there who keeps them on...no way!
So ridiculous, oh you want to change the handlebars.... might as well disassemble your entire bike, thanks HARLEY-DAVIDSON
Ride Red I agree. It’s is what it is.
yeah dude, I was thinking the same thing. I'm dying to change my bars on my road king special but after looking at this video...........all I see is $$$$ lol
How did you relocate the turn signal wiring?
instead of wiring the turn signals back up the handlebars just keep them low. youll need new lights and bracket
