The suvarotti having the great benefits to our body. The goat spleen has to increase the hemoglobin. Its main jobs are to break down and remove old and damaged red blood cells and to provide some white blood cells to fight infection. Spleen extract is produced from animal spleens and is used as medicine.
Ingredients:
Goat Spleen - 1
Salt - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1 tspn
Pepper & cumin powder - 3 tspn
Gingelly oil - 4 spoon
Small size onion - 1/4 kg
Water as required..

புதிதாக செய்பவர்களுக்கு அது வெந்தது தெரியாது. எந்த பாத்திரத்தில் வேண்டுமானாலும் வேக வைக்கலாம். அது ரப்பர் மாதிரி தான் இருக்கும். அதனால் அதிக விசில் வைத்தாலும் ஒன்றும் ஆகாது....
