- Vegan options around Las Vegas are somewhat limited. Vegan buffet options are extremely limited. This is only the second Vegan buffet we discovered in the Las Vegas valley. VeggiEat is a locals restaurant in Henderson approximately 20 minutes from the Las Vegas strip. Their food is 100% Vegan and they offer a new weekday lunch buffet. The dishes are Asian inspired and healthy for your body. In addition to the buffet, they have a full menu of appetizers, entrees, vegan sushi and drinks. I'm impressed by this restaurant. It is nice inside, clean and and neat even around the food. All of the dishes look very very good, especially the shrimp and eggplant. Thanks for hitting up establishments with unusual offerings. You and Mrs. EV are so cute together!

I'm not vegan but would love to try this restaurant and their buffet! I love to eat vegetables and the Asian theme makes it more attractive. The proprietors probably have a hit, but I am not eating most of that. However, I was a huge fan of Orange County's best vegetarian Chinese: Din Din at the Bamboo Terrace.

I’m not a vegetarian although I will and do love a good vegetarian meal if it’s done well! I enjoy a range of vegetables and can make a meal out of them. One thing I’m not fond of is Tofu. It’s the texture. Great review guys !

Hello I like your videos all different buffet in Las Vegas and if you are in Las Angeles area you should check out the new weekend seafood buffet at Cafe Sierra in the Hilton Universal City of course it is expensive it is $140.00 one person

This is probably a better place to try vegan food for first timers. Not a lot of offerings, but also not too expensive and the food is delicious.
Is the shrimp real shrimp or made out of something else?
The shrimp is made out of Konjac which is a sea vegetable. The restaurant is 100% vegan.
I love VeggiEAT but haven't tried the AYCE buffet yet. Can someone clear up the pronunciation of the name for me? I've always figured it was just clever to combine the word Veggie and eat into one but I don't think the way it's spelled would be pronounced Veggie Eat. I've just said it like it's spelled, Vegg plus Eat, no long e sound in between vegg and eat. But I've seen people type and say it Veggie Eat, including in this video. Thanks for whoever knows what the owners call it :D

I bet you'd be pleasantly surprised. They actually have a crispy chicken sandwich with fries. They also have things like buffalo wings and chicken nuggets, bbq pork sandwich, or one of my favorites the bbq pork bao bun taco. You can't tell that it's all plant based and not from animals.
Surprised the buffet doesn't have plain brown rice.

I’m not Vegan but I would definitely try this place. It was clean that’s a must for me. I’ve gotten takeout from a Chinese restaurant, while waiting for my food, looking around, it wasn’t very clean so I brought the food home and threw it away. Sue
