I interpreted this as the veteran purchaser will now pay a buyers premium. "Lift its ban on buyers paying for ... representation." If this is true, be sure to reduce the offer price based on the 2.5% or 3% the agent would charge as the seller will be paying the other 2.5% or 3% commission. Hope I'm right about this. Guess the realtor's lobby is strong in NC.
