In 2018, I purchased a HDB BTO 2 Room unit at Punggol Drive. As a result of the pandemic, construction was delayed. The moment I received my keys, I was ecstatic. Here's a sneak peek at my new flat before I begin the renovation process.

Seems like it’s L2 you’re living at😂 though small & unfurished but if it’s for 2 person to live in should be more than enough & can enjoy the cozy feel after a great renovation. Congrats on your new flat👍🏼

Good luck if the bus stop is really there permanently. Imagine 5am there are people waiting there, you wont able to use the window as it is designed for .....
Fortunately, they removed the bus stop.
Want to check with you as shown in this video there were no floor tiles in the unit. Initially when you take over the unit were the floor already tiled? Or did this video show the renovation in process where the tiles were already hacked away?
Yes. I chose a bare unit.
@@LivlifebyTara Ok thanks. I feel it is good to have the option to choose instead of outright building flats with tiles already laid. Most owners will replace them anyway. This will minimize waste, and less noise during renovation since no hacking required.

By default is no wash basin?
For bare unit, it doesn't come with wash basin.
Which part of punggol
Is the water closet provided by HDB fixed or are there other design choices?
What do you mean by water closet?

Flexi is cannot sell. 99 years can. If you are less then 55 please put 2room. Flexi means you can choose the number of years from 45 to 15
Flexi only for senior 55 yrs and above. You can only sell the unit back to HDB and cannot rent out.

Yes BTO. I have chosen a bare unit. It doesn't come with cabinets and flooring in the living and bed room.

Live in Punggol lousy location with poor amenities. Live beside a noisy and polluted road is a poor choice.
Your flat right next to the bus stop going to be very noisy! I wouldn't buy, location very important because a noisy area going to affect your rest and sleep. My flat good location away from 2 main roads so nice place to rest.
