Is there a bus from the airport that goes there?

It is! It comes from Ljubljana, makes a stop at Brnik Airport and continues to Bled. The ticket price for 1 person is around 4.1 euro (if I remember correctly), and the buses drive quite often (I think almost every hour from 9-20).
