I tried a needle and thread cornrows I saw on youtube here, and i decided to try it out.
this is my first attempt and I hope I can get better.
I believe everyone can try it and perfect it with time.👍🏽

Used to rock the needle braids(zvetsono) back in the day and yes this style doesn't put tension on your hair, sis you did it good.

This is a game changer! I haven't got cornrowing down yet so this is a great alternative if it's as easy as it looks 😂
Just remember to go OVER the middle part of the hair when crossing sides. You did a great job!

Looks great! I tried it for the first time a few days ago but my arthritis is so bad in my hands that I only completed two and they were butchered. I quickly braided the rest of her hair back because I knew we wouldn't be going anywhere this week since she has virtual academy. I went and bought a 5in weaving needle from Michael's yesterday so I'm looking forward to trying it again with the longer needle. I think the longer needle with be better for my arthritis.
I wish that I had that knowledge of corn rolls with thread about 10 years ago when my daughter was young. She would have looked beautiful. Not that she isn't now. My daughter is an albino and I wonder how it would look in her. This video is wonderful to watch. Thank you so much for letting us watch!

Great idea using a looming needle. The one time I had this done I got priked and asked my friend who was doing it to stop when she was 3/4 done.

Yes you where going over the borderline as you call it. To make the braid sit up don't take the needle all the way through to the other side. Only to the middle halfway where your fingers are holding the hair. It still looks pretty on your daughter

I tried this style long time ago and I did not managed to get it right . I was looking out for tutorials of the needle and yarn. I watched Eve Mafupa's video first because I always wanted to revisit my skills in regards to this style. Love your work, because you perfected it 💯
