It's suposed to go UPHILL in a hillclimb, but I saw these cars going downhill.
They were also not driving at the limit, so this video must not be the actual race, but the cars returning to the start point.
But nice sounds anyway.
i know your comment is 6 years old but since i live on that race road i can explain a little bit of whats happening... that's a 10km race but only 4km are uphill. they start climbing right after that little downhill. also you can see someone not going full throttle because not every body takes it as a race, maybe only as a chance to enjoy driving their cars and passing by next to spectators
