Part 2 of the Build. Sharing how I rebuilt the front forks of the gs500. Including a stop motion in slow speed to follow a step by step assembly process.

@@projectmak1750 Though not the best way of doing the fork caps it worked ok , no damage to the fork tubes do no problem like the rebuild stop motion should make it idiot proof lol

Loosen the caps before removing from the Triple clamps, this is the most destructive method I have ever seen :(

I think it was either a 24 or a 25.. I grinded it down a little .
are you sure the end on the iron stick being welded is a size 24 bolt hole?
