I'm one of those people who love going to different grocery stores and seeing what different things they have. So, Yes, please do a Costco vlog 😂
Just returned from London and I loved the grocery and drugstores ❤
In UK you can't just go to Costco and shop. You can only get membership through a company, I think it is a UK law or something because you have to have registered VAT number.
I am the same way! I love visiting the different grocery stores, but especially the more upscale ones with specialty or more gourmet items.
@@teriwhite4151I love to check out grocery and drug stores when I travel. It’s always interesting!
I just love seeing all the things there-the stores, the parks, the streets, the lovely buildings. Makes me feel like I am there. So, please, just keep doing what you’re doing.
My mum, private Jewish caterer, often worked in St John's Wood, I am sure she would be amazed at all the building. I love all your vlogs they are so great at showing the real London. Places to see off the tourist trail. Love all of Vlogmas seeing the shops and decorations, you and your sis doing afternoon tea. Hannah just do what you can do don't burn yourself out, we'll still be here ❤❤❤👵🏴🌹🌹🌹
I would like to see store and shop windows decorated for Christmas. Many of the smaller shops have charming windows that don’t get attention like the bigger stores.
Had the pleasure of finally visiting London this past Easter. Can one be homesick for a place they visited only once? Your videos were immensely helpful when planning our trip and for transporting me back when I need a pick-me-up! ✌️
I love that - I’m homesick for London, too!!
@@chineymoHope you come back soon. I've had many happy holidays in the US. 🇬🇧🇺🇸
Yes they can :) if you loved the vibe then you can feel homesick
I went for the first time in August of 2022 and have been homesick ever since. Cannot wait to get back. So much yet to see and do.
London never disappoints! Every season is just magical!! 🎃🍂
I just returned from a wonderful 2 week trip to London, Bath, York, and Edinburgh. Hannah, your videos were sooo helpful in planning my London week. Some of my favorites were Liberty, Kensington Palace/ Gardens, Notting Hill, Hampstead, Sky Garden, V&A, and afternoon tea at Claridge’s. I stayed in Soho and getting around by tube, train, bus, and walking was so incredibly easy. What a vibrant and varied city you live in! Thank you for all you do; it really does make a difference!
Aw thanks so much!!! Glad you had a nice time x
Hi Hannah, I love the seasonal local shop visits and fresh flowers! I completely understand with so many more viewers, you might not be comfortable showing at-home content. But I really enjoyed the lockdown vlogs with your housewares, clothing, gift and grocery "hauls", decorating your tree, wrapping presents, living room chats, activities...we homebodies love that stuff! But again, I tuned in when you were at 25,000 subscribers in lockdown and I understand if your comfort level and time availability have changed. I'm just always happy to see your vlogs. Season's Greetings!🧡🍁🍂
There are a lot of vlogs and companies I can't vlog now because of my work. Also showing my home has attracted some weirdos! so sadly not..sorry!
@@HannahRicketts I totally understand and I'm so sorry that's happened!
Hannah,it seems awhile since you have vlogged, maybe I missed one.😊
In the US most stores have Christmas store open houses the first Saturday after Halloween. It's actually EARLY! When I grew up in the 70's, NEVER put up anything Christmas until the day after Thanksgiving. It was tradition!!! Love your videos!
Hi Hannah. Love seeing department stores, street decorations, Christmas markets, maybe a cocktail class haha and table decorating. Anything festive basically. Thanks 😊
I'm an American who enjoys an annual Thanksgiving feast with my family so I don't start putting up Christmas decorations until the first week of December. I really enjoy your videos Hannah, as my late mother would say "you have the gift of gab"!
The displays were wonderful, don’t do Halloween but decorations are clever. Hersheys chocolate is not up to the English standard.
I love your videos ! As a Canadian, it's really hard for me to wrap my mind around seeing healthy food options all around, and very inexpensive too. We travel mostly in the US and even where we live, it's hard to find fast, tasty food it's always burgers and fries !
After so many months of planning and watching Hannah's videos, my wife and I are finally here in London. We love it so far, the only complaint we have is that there is a huge contrast between the outdoor and indoor temperatures. Stores and malls are having their heaters in full blast. I sweat a lot because of this 😅.
I love seeing different grocery stores, their products and food stuff. Love seeing all the stores too. You live in a lovely neighborhood. Great video as usual Hannah! ❤🎃🍁
I love your old Christmas vlogs from your home, decorating your tree, opening the gin calendar etc. You don’t have to run around in every store for me at least.
Also, this season was really great, especially the Kings Cross episode. You are quite a Joolz now!
For vlogmas, if you have time - seeing some of the Christmas markets around London would be nice!
It never fails to amaze me, the sheer amount of choice in food available when you tour around areas of London. We are definitely benefiting from an extension to the late summer weather.
It’s finally starting to feel autumnal, just in time for Christmas to start. It kind of passed us by this year.
Lovely videos! I love it when you show Christmas at Harrods! The Food , Breads , sweet treats, all of it is extremely fun to watch.
Looking forward to watching your Christmas 2023 vlogs. We, your loyal followers, appreciate anything you wish to vlog Hannah. Always a pleasure to enjoy your shopping, fashion, sightseeing, Disney, travel, restaurant, foodie tours you graciously share with your informative and always Hannah entertaining commentary. Stay well and keep safe. Cheers!
1) Thank you for the lovely, "chill" autum-y vlog. Just enough of a little traipse around your hood to get us in the mood. 2)Yes to candy corn! We are the minority, no question. 3) I'm thrilled you'll be starting the Xmas vlogs earlier, too. I feel like the time is going be really fast this year anyway, so getting yours in earlier will help spread the enjoyment a few extra weeks. 4) I love the different food and drink available during the holiday season. If you find anything unique or fun, that'd be great to see.
Hannah, I appreciate all the time and effort you pour into your videos... They do not go unnoticed. Keep up the great work! Looking forward to the Holidays vids...
HOORAYYY the weekend has begun. For a moment no wars.... I am having a Sancerre white whine, toast with steamed salmon, Dutch cheese biscuits and Camembert with some friends, because: there she is our star: Hannah, with the weekend show. LOVE it. Great weekend to all Love and Light from Amsterdam 💞✨
Fun as always, Hannah. London has the most gorgeous flowers, and their produce is always so beautiful. I put up Christmas decorations the Friday after Thanksgiving, which I think is pretty standard for a lot of Americans. The stores here have been showing Christmas since well before Halloween. I would love to see the Christmas lights on the streets and in the parks - the botanical garden would be great. London is the best at Christmas!
Hi Hannah! Your bouquet of flowers is absolutely beautiful! The A1 Steak Sauce was invented by Henderson William Brand in 1831.This sauce is 192 years old! The Reese's candies consist of peanut butter and chocolate. These American products are very, very popular in USA! I also love to browse in grocery stores to see what new products I can find. As always Hannah, your vlogs are great fun.🥰❤💕
A1 is the American version of HP sauce.
A1 Steak Sauce and Reese's candies were invented in the United States!!!@@rebeccat94
I love those shops around St John's Wood. Th flowers you chose were beyond gorgeous. Looking forward as well to your pre-Christmas and Christmas vlogs. Just take us shopping with you, Hannah, or just on a walk. Thanks for all the work you put into your editing.
Hi Hannah Those flowers were stunning! I love seeing all the Halloween food & decor its so cute. Don't make Vlogmas too stressful for yourself. Just film if your out & about we enjoy the stores & decorations & what ever you come across. I like to get Christmas decorated mid Nov now might not get it all done but more you do early more you can enjoy it all. Dec gets so busy.
I love all of your Christmas videos - I first found your channel during the 2020 season and you absolutely kept me from going insane (I too live alone, and those were the roughest times) - UK Costco would be very interesting! Love seeing all of the different things Costco sells in different countries. As always, learning and seeing all of the UK traditions is inspiring. I enjoyed your Advent calendars and of course the afternoon tea's you took us along. I know you are super busy now that you are back to the M-Fr work life, but I do enjoy learning about the UK. Thank you for all you do.
Yes to Costco. Show their holiday stuff. You do a great job for Christmas. Please show the cheap stuff like Aldi and the bigger department stores like Asda? You do high end perfect. I just enjoy all price points. Love you Hannah❤❤❤❤❤
Great vlog Hannah. Love the foodie shopping ones. Feels like I’m back walking around in London. But makes me miss it and hungry too 😂 💕 Bring on the Christmas vlogs 🙌 🎄
Thank you for the lovely London vlog Hannah, and thank you for giving a spotlight on Reiss, a brand that I think does not receive enough praise and attention!
I love everything 😄 seriously, I’m disabled, home bounded, so I live vicariously through your vlogs. I visited London once, for dog sitting for my Friends, when I was healthy, and I’ve seen quite a lot, so now it’s like nostalgia sight seeing. Thank you so much!
Thanks for watching!
Greetings from Canada!!! I just wanted to pop on here and let you know I continue to be so happy with your videos and obviously your content. You show off your city so well and I delight in what you have to share. I don't have any real suggestions of what to vlog for Christmas I am always impressed though with what you come up with. Would love to see Natalie's girls in their Halloween costumes. Have a fabulous week and thank you for your videos. P.S. the flowers were spectacular!!!!
your videos always bring me so much peace and i love feeling like i'm there in London exploring with you!! I'm in the U.S and personally i put up our Christmas decorations and tree the literal day after Thanksgiving 😂 cannot wait to see Christmas in London through your vids!!
I don't put up trees anymore. I do put up decorations on my ladder shelves, dining, and end tables. Wreath on the door, the weekend after Thanksgiving. I'm in the States! 🇺🇲
I enjoy your videos and am looking forward to your Christmas ones.
Hi Hannah, thanks for taking us around beautiful London! I love seeing the city through your lens. For vlogmas I would like to put in my vote for a nighttime Regent Street stoll with the whimsical Christmas lights and deco! (as long as it's not too late or cold for you! ☃)
Personally, I don't mind and actually love these walkarounds, for me you could post this autumn neighbourhood vlog and the Vlogmas every year :) Things change in the streets all the time, so it's nice to be kept updated.
Fun episode and so good to see all the store offerings. For Vlogmas I do enjoy seeing the different shops and what they feature, but would LOVE to see actual exterior home decorations. The creativity is always inspiring so private homes or clubs decked out would be just divine.
We had our first cold day today in the Pacific Northwest. It was 54 and sunny but last night was 37. Heat is on.
In June I visited London for my 33rd trip and finally made it to Abbey Rd. I was surprised how short it was. Also walked by Paul’s house and I waved at his security camera hoping he’d invite me in for tea. He didn’t. I went to some of the places you have showed us in your videos.
Hello Hannah, I love your latest video. Every shop you went into had me missing London so badly😊 I really enjoy different grocery stores that carry foreign foods and products, well done❤
Yes on Candy Corn! What I wish to see in London for Christmas are the Christmas markets! I love seeing them. We don't have many in America in my area! I am in Nashville, Tennessee. It's getting colder and our leaves are changing! Happy Fall 🍁
A1 Steak Sauce is what a lot of us Yanks put on our steaks. I like just a bit of salt and pepper w/a pat of butter after cooking medium rare myself, but the hubby loves A1. Just put a bit on your plate and dip your piece of steak into it. It is really quite good. Many people put it on burgers as well. Yams are just canned sweet potatoes. I drain them of the liquid then put them in a small dish. Melt some butter and add a few heaping tablespoons of brown sugar, pour over the yams and pop them in the oven. Back for about 20 minutes. Just so yummy.
Love your neighborhood! Such a variety of everything you have. Wonderful video!
We put our decorations for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. I LOVE Christmas and I want to see all the decorations! Maybe a little night time stroll with all the beautiful lights too.
Yay! 6pm UK time
Means I get a Hannah video on Saturday morning here in NZ. Great start to the weekend! I put my decs up at the start of December
Thanks for walking us across Abbey Road.
A delightful area to live and shop. Your flowers are stunning and a bargain!
As an American who loves London, it’s always interesting to see what’s available in the American section lol 😆 I’m jazzed that our Target stores are getting an M&S Christmas food display for the second year in a row! A little slice of London while at home ❤
Hi Hannah, thanks for the little tour, WOW!! That bouquet of flowers is huge you could easily split that between 3 people 😀 looks great value, makes my £4 bunch of Chrysanthemums from Sainsbury's look a bit 💩 now in comparison.
Thumbs up is the first thing I do when I click on your videos. Never a disappointment. Soooooo hungry now! Another lovely look-around. Thanks Hannah!
Hi Hannah , just commenting in order to increase the engagement. Now I'm dreaming about London and Christmas decorations. I was there last December and loved the street decor.
You had to ask...I put my tree up November 5th when we lose an hour of daylight. My tree is 7&1/2 feet tall. Lots of multi colored lights and packed with nice ornaments. Keeps my spirit up!
I'm watching this on Halloween and woke up this morning, wondering if I can start Christmas stuff tomorrow. This American says go for it! I LOVE watching your tours of the department stores and their holiday tours. So cool for me.
Those flowers were absolutely beautiful. Have a fun Halloween Hannah 🎃 👻 🐈⬛️
I think Americans, some Americans including myself are moving towards including a little of Christmas during Thanksgiving. The time between the two holidays flys by SO fast that decorating entirely AFTER Thanksgiving feels so stressed there is so much to do! I may actually begin the next day after Thanksgiving! Please show us EVERYTHING Hannah that you may think of! How about the prettiest decorated nearby village, stores, free events where you can film. Street decorations around the parks and palaces. I’m SO EXCITED. I don’t imagine I may ever have the chance to visit the UK but I still dream.
Bruce's yams are a Thanksgiving staple (or make from scratch). Creamed corn is delicious. The thing we would do with a Charleston Chew is stick it in the freezer and eat it frozen.
I love see all the different stores and seeing the prices, yes to Costco please. Looking forward to Christmas In London, we do appreciate the time and effort you put into your videos thank you
Hannah, I appreciate all the time and effort you put into your very entertaining videos, they don't go unnoticed. keep up the good work looking forward to the holiday videos
thanks for sharing
Lovely vlog. Beautiful flowers. We've had perfect weather here, 73F. today. I don't decorate for Christmas until after Remembrance Day, Nov. 11th. We've already had our Thanksgiving here in Canada, so I've got Halloween decorations up for the kids trick or treating. They come down after the kids are gone, about 8:30, same night. I will follow along no matter where you take us and no matter the theme! Have a great weekend.
Yes, buy the yams. Standard Thanksgving (works for Christmas dinner too for those who don't do Thanksgiving) dish in my family and many others is Sweet Potato Casserole. Heat those up on stove to boil, add butter and brown sugar, drain juices and save and add potatoes to casserole dish, mash and add just a small amount of the juice you drained off back to get the consistency you like, not much is needed. Add jumbo marshmallows to the top and bake in oven around 350(f) until top is just VERY lightly browned. best side dish on the planet. Do not ever add raisins or anything else, simpler is better.
When I was in London prior to Covid I visited the Christmas markets which was enjoyable. I place decorations up one week before Christmas. Loved the video and like your nail colour. Enjoy your day.
Another fun video! I enjoy candy corn, but the price this year has stopped me from buying any. I always enjoy your Christmas content, whether it is browsing Pound land and M&S, roaming John Lewis, Liberty and Fortnum's, or checking out the festive lights. I rewatched your previous Christmas videos recently while I wrapped up projects when my job of 26 years went away. Needed something festive and friendly during that rough time. Thank you for all of your great content!!
When I lived in one of the provinces in Canada, the Xmas decorations would go up on armistice day and not come down until the day before Valentine’s Day. Xxx
here in Malaysia too...go up mid-end November come down after Chinese New Year mid-end Feb !
Hannah, how cool this vlog is! I liked it so much. This autumm in London is very colourful indeed, those flowers 💐you bought are really beautiful, as well as the other ones 🌹🌺🏵🌻you showed. By the way, department stores as Harrods, Fortnum and Mason and others with all those beautiful christmas stuff for decoration is always a good theme for your vlogs and I totally agree with this idea! Hannah, I wish a wonderful day and weekend, but also an amazingly beautiful autumm season to you! 🙂🍁🍂💂🇬🇧
Nicely done as always Hannah. I must say the stores really gave one the flavor of Autumn. As far as what to show for Christmas, may I suggest showing how it's done by the royal family at Buckingham palace. Of course I don't know if there are any holiday displays, but it's food for thought. Keep up the good work. Mike.
This exact type of video makes me want to move my family to london! I just adore the grocery markets you have. So picturesque, like one you'd see in a classic movie. PS those canned yams I love. Dump into a casserole dish add some brown sugar and top with marshmallows then bake. Yummy
We want to see Belgravia at Christmas. The architecture is beyond stunning!
I really love the small grocery stores so much better than supermarkets. They offer so much more in experience and in most cases quality.
Always enjoy your videos. Looking forward to your Christmas videos. You mentioned Costco, it would be interesting to see the difference with yours and ours here in the US. Always look forward to your videos, I'm 75 years old, so fun to hear a younger person's take on things.😊
London looks beautiful Hannah! Here in Australia we put up our decorations on the 1st of December. Can you please vlog for Christmas the homes and streets of London? ❤
I love watching people go through stores grocery stores I love going to grocery stores in different countries just seeing what you guys have different foods buying different foods and bringing it back home
Lovely vlog Hannah (as always!). By coincidence I was at Abbey Road myself a couple of weeks ago. I enjoyed taking pics of the people who were taking pics of the people walking across the crossing. Back in California now, and all that halloween candy looks very familiar. Yes to the candy corn btw. Inhalable, but also, instant diabetes! Thanks as ever Hannah. Always a joy to watch you on a Friday.🥰
I love you walking around showing different areas of London and I love seeing the stores. You don't need to change anything your videos are perfect.
Yes Costco,No candy corn.We decorate for Christmas the day after Thanksgiving. Happy Halloween 🎃 ! Yams are delicous with brown sugar and butter.
Hannah, that was fun going to the shops as always. You must try the "candy corn" (if you haven't already) it's very sweet but good!😋 The flowers you chose are beautiful. I usually like to decorate for Christmas about the middle of December. Thanks for sharing.😊
Hannah, there is only a handful of channels I still watch on YT these days, yours is one of them. You are a great presenter and very much enjoy your architectural walks, Christmas shopping, London teas, and visits to tourist locations. Concerning Christmas decorations, while I accept the need for high streets to promote an early Christmas, I put my home decorations up a few days after Remembrance Sunday (Nov.12). By the way, before the Victorian Age, the British only decorated a few days before Christmas day, and left them up all through January! Sort of makes sense with January being a rather drab month, but it wouldn't help the shops, lol.
OMG! Living with the land is my favorite in Epcot!
Hello Hannah! So nice to see you back. Missed you chats and walks around. You’re like a good friend I catch up with on Saturday mornings across the pond. 😊
Lovely to shop with you again..
The bouquet is gorgeous and not a bad price at all. Michele 🇨🇦
Charleston Chew! You have to! Vintage/Classic USA treat... they are either in a large like 14" single bar or like that box of miniatures... You'll love them... but freeze first is my recommendation for optimal chewing compliments of Charleston South Carolina. Happy pseudo autumn!
Hi Hannah, great to see you, love this video! Yes please to a Costco video, I'd love to see what the UK has compared to my local in Canada & the prices as well! I just appreciate where ever you take us to see Christmas things...it's always a fun! Have a wonderful weekend and great week! Thanks for taking us along, take really good care, stay well! Lots of love Kathy x 🧡🧡🍁🍁🍂🍂
I just was at our grocery store here in S. Cali, and the prices HP was over $10! Suffice it to say that I'll grab a few bottles the next time we're in the UK. I like it so much more than A1. =) I enjoy the supermarket vlogs because they show an "everyday" aspect of London life.
We usually put up our Christmas tree and decorations the weekend after Thanksgiving. I think the prices were high for the American candy..love your videos!!!
I will love what ever version of vlogmas you make. The Christmas Markets are nice and all the street decorations 🎄
You are amazing And so sharp. Great sense of humor. What i would really love to see is.... Xmass market in London. What to expect. Xmass deco sounds fun. Some shops with ideas for gifts. And of course xmass decorations of London. The best places with a great deco. I must say People who live in London or hear London ...are spoilt for choice. I definitly would not be able to keep a figurę if i was temperę with what you have share today on your vlog...mouth watering xx Thank you sooooo much xx
As an American Yes...yes...please I would love to see Costco. And try candy corns mixed with salted peanuts. It's a favorite over here. ❤ Your show!!
Hi Hannah, you make the flowers beautiful. Thank you for your vlogs. Always a splendid break in my day.
Watching your walks has given me many ideas of where to visit when im on vacation there👍🏻👍🏻
I'm from the USA. I discovered your channel a few days ago. I love your accent and the way you keep it moving along. Watched 2 Christmas Tea videos yesterday. I love Autumn and Halloween. This is so cute. Will keep watching. Also love the little tours. Today we got to walk across Abbey Road.
I love those flowers. Makes me want to go find some myself. Temperatures will be freezing overnight, so I've had to bring my deck flowers to the basement. They can't be in the house because my 😹 will sample everything🤣
Keep the great viewing going Hannah , Really enjoyable Vlogs every Friday at 6pm Thank-you 😀
My decorations go up the day after Thanksgiving. I love this video, food, decorations, lights. Well done!
Love to see all afternoon teas and your night time Christmas light walk. We love the department store windows. Anything you do is great.
Hannah, I love your vlogs. All the different neighbourhoods in London look fab. Your neighbourhood looks stunning, some beautiful bespoke shops, you are so lucky. Can't wait for your Christmas vlogs. I love your visits to all the big shops and all the great food. I put our decorations up the first week in December. You vlog what you can, It's all informative and entertaining. Have a fab weekend, best wishes xx😊
Lovely Hannah!! We start decorating for Christmas over Thanksgiving weekend here in New England in general. All the shops start filling up with gifts and decorating in early November around Veterans Day.
Absolutely gorgeous flowers, always!! I would love to see a vlog of you decorating your tree, please.
Your flowers were beautiful Hannah 😍 We put the Christmas decorations up on the first weekend of December, though hubby would do it earlier if he was allowed 😄 I love to see Christmas lights, so any videos of Christmas lights would be very much appreciated 😊
I hope you get done all you need to do this weekend and I will see you next Friday 😊
Great job H! Would love to see wonderful hotel and hotel lobbys for Christmas 🤓
Love seeing the stores decorate, and of course the food! Loved the flowers.
I'm going to London next month and found your channel was a blessing. If I met you vlogging in the streets, I would scream! Love from Brazil 💛
You should buy yourself flowers every week because they truly make you happy. Looking forward to your Christmas videos!
I start Christmas decorating the day after Thanksgiving….takes four or five days to decorate the house…a whole day for the tree…. Love Christmas!🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Love it ❤ also love seeing all the Christmas vlogs you do
