It's more than play calling and coaching, its also strong leadership, JG is a strong leader of men.
I think this speaks volumes of JG's character. I am trying to remember an AZ coach that would have been off the cuff with outside the organization media and I am coming up blank. (*to be fair, I can only date myself to Buddy Ryan) I think it is awesome he took the time and Johnny and Bo did great.
This guy is the real deal. Go coach.
I was laughing with all the conversations about being a holder, the 7 yr old flag football team, the steak etc. Hilarious interview and coach was on point. You know he's serious about ball, but the fact that he can hop on this interview for 20 mins with the guys speaks volumes. Thanks for the laughs and insight into JG

Great interview. What I like the most to see coach JG from another angle. Not just in the media room or on the sideline. Just in a relaxed talk they got so much information in there and sprinkled in their characters. Learned a lot about coach and become a fan because of his character traits in this interview. Combines way more personality (in a good and symphathetic way) than I thought before with determination and high workrate. Love it because I also think that this is key to a good culture for team building. Hope we can go back to winning ways soon with him and find some good players for him this offseason to widen our foundation.

Thanks for that interview. Gannon was a complete stranger to me until I watched it. Now I realize how knowledgeable he is and a bit quirky at the same time. I'm a big supporter of him now

I think he was talking about marquise brown when he said some people say they want to win but their actions say otherwise
i still think the cardinals will win 7 maybe 8 games next year which i would be fine with because it is progress. but if ossenfort trades down like i expect him to even if mhj falls to number 4 we will only win 5 maybe 6 games.
There is a volume of statistics that indicate the actual value of the first position player taken is not that far above the second and third taken at any given position. There are exceptions but the nfl teams tend to over value top first round picks and undervalue slightly later picks.
The real question is what level of draft prospect brings more Ws.
Top 3 OT and top 10 WR OR top 3 WR and top 10 OT?
