Persian yoghurt drink DOOGH

Doogh is a Persian refreshment with yoghurt and fresh mint.

Ingredients & preparation:
200 g plain yogurt
A pinch of salt
15 mint leaves
-Blend all the ingredients into a smooth drink, add 200 mL soda, decorate
with dry edible rosebuds and dry mint.

-Alle Zutaten zu einem glatten Drink verrühren, 200 ml Soda hinzufügen, dekorieren mit trockenen essbaren Rosenknospen und trockener Minze.

15 frunze de mentă
-Amestecați toate ingredientele într-o băutură netedă, adăugați 200 ml sodă, decorați cu muguri de trandafiri comestibili uscați și menta uscată.
