Oh I love this anime ^^ It's hard to explain what it's about ^^; but I 'll do my best XD
It's about a Mermaid Princess who fell in love with a human boy, but if she tells him she will turn into bubbles, or so the legends say. But that's not all it's about. She needs to gather the other mermaid princesses so they can revive the power of Aqua Regina so they can save the ocean ^^; It's alot better then it sounds XD I'm just terrible at describing things XD
