Different device different movement. The rng movement between Phone Laptop and PC are different. Sometimes on Laptop/Phone at first time unlock the key u no need to use e to prevent dash.
I literally have better artifacts sets and weapons but i still cant 9* it i even have some of the best teams and dps's fully built and i cant clear it 😭😭 this is just a skill issue smh
I started playing long after umbrella was free so i dont have it either..relatable He really likes elemental mastery so try to balance his crit ratio w artifacts and then go iron sting in my opinion 😊😊
