The sideways kick could be because of an accuracy rating. I believe ben had more accuracy than taysom hill and there’s probably some type of barrier of like 65 accuracy for example until you can make a kick and it doesnt glitch

Big ben has kicked before. He had an OOP kicker in MUT last year. They only got an OOP if they had played that position before from the way i understood it

The delay thing is supposed to be there. It makes it harder if you have low accuracy and power. The higher the overall kicker, the lower the delay.

Dude the threshold is 59 accuracy. NTE figured that out with his latest rebuild. He couldn't make a field goal until his kicker got 59 accuracy

I think the reason is the accuracy line is so small that even being a centimeter if is like missing the bar by a good couple years if I used a normal kicker

The last thing you said hit the nail on the head. Kicking 4 yards with NFL athletes. Do this IRL and I granantee almost every kicker in the NFL can at least make an extra point. At the end of the day their athletes, they know how to move their body. I'm terrible at kicking and can still "make" an extra point Legenth field goal and kick the ball on-line. Madden really needs to pick up some slac.

For CZcamsr "Not The Expert" in his current Madden Franchise, his kicker with max power but terrible accuracy had a dramatic change as soon as his kick accuracy rating hit 59. So I'm betting that 59 is the lowest kick accuracy rating you can have and still expect your kick to go in the direction you want.
