I love Chrishell. From what I have observed on the show, she comes across like a child abuse survivor. These individuals continue to attract abusive people into their lives as adults. They have to learn how to create healthy boundaries and not allow others to abuse them. When she said Justin always used the "I'm out of here" excuse when they fought, I knew right away he was the problem in their marriage. This is one main way that narcissistic people handle arguments in relationships. They won't let you say what you have to say or hear you out. They just leave...and leave you there feeling like it's all your fault....they train you to hold things in lest you risk them walking out again once you open up.
