I love this design! Only suggestion I would like is that the left side of the staircase from ground to 1st floor is open it would be great if there was a partition created with wood on that side to avoid any mishaps 😊

As a subscriber of yours I request you to make a houseplan for 18x52 feet it should consist of
-3 bedroom (master bedroom should be at the ground floor)
-4 bathroom (1 common at ground floor and other three should be attached with bedrooms)
- kitchen
-living area
- dining area
- pooja area (at ground floor)
This plan should be west facing
With three side house.I want proper ventilation in the house .It should be a modern house .And last but not the least car parking should be at the left side of the house (if seen from road)........ please make this plan possible 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Plz.. I am looking for a plan 24x45 (front nd back road) if you pls have it & can share with me. We can have 1st floor linter upto 30 inch maximum towards road both side(front & back) to have bigger floor area at first floor. There should be a kitchen on 1st floor also.

Great design..Please make video for 20'x50' north facing. Ground floor parking with office one attach bath one common one kitchen. 1st floor dining + living and 1 bedroom attached bath and dressing one common bath,2nd floor 2 bedroom with attach bath and dressing. One common space. Tarrace sitting area one bath with tarrace garden.

We had made a Boundary across OTS & placed a Small Fibre Sheet lifted to 2feet by 4 ots corner column made of brics so that ventilation will work but Rain won't enter the house.

Bathroom ventilation from OTS. OTS is near to dinning area. This gonna create problem. But the gud part is the spacious wardrobes. Collab of your designs and Archbytes, can create a perfect master piece :-)
