MW2 Spec Ops Acceptable Losses Veteran Guide

Here is just a simple run through on how to take on the Spec ops mission Acceptable losses on Veteran difficulty. I'm going to be doing some more of these guides for harder missions and for stealth ones possibly a no kill walkthrough :)

I just passed Veteran mode on this mission, today, after so many tries, LOL. I've found it most certainly can be done without the heartbeat sensor, but you HAVE to be alert at all times

After the truck passes DONT take your sweet time killing the two guys, wait till the truck is outta seight then go shoot them QUICKY and run onto the hill because the truck does circle around the jet. Thanks for the walkthrough. Just finshed it! :)

if you take your pistol you can actually knife-kill almost every enemy. just crouch and sneak up behind walking patrols or if they're standing still, crouch and sneak up 1 guy so that he is blocking the other guy's view of you, take them both out with 2 quick hits, really fun that way!

THis was really helpful i had alot of trouble with this even on co op...But i just did it solo on veteran using this guid and it seemed 10 times easier even without a partner i had to do a lot more killing then this but it helped me avoid alot of trouble thanks Mr360Games

The guys in the truck if you want to kill then you can sneak around lyig down and knife the guys that get separated. Pretty soon the others will look for the missing comrade and come out one at a time. I don't know if that counts as no alerts but in assuming that means them nit firing a shot bc they won't if you do it right

Me and my buddy did this for an hour. When we finally were running back to finish the mission we were avoiding some guys by going prone without realizing we were on the road. So the patrol car comes...and runs us over. FML :P

my record time in this mission was 1.27,i was not even a little bit stealthy.I just sprinted in the begining,plant the first C4 on the chopper,then the two tangos that were chatting spotted me,i killed them and kept planting the C4's and killing everyone that got in my way.. ;D

Maybe it was that oil platform mission? Because if you rush, you run out of missions too quick and then there is nothing to play!
