Nice vid! When you add wheels and tires, go ahead and get metal diff gears and metal trans gears. The trans gears are made of the same hard plastic as the diff gears.
Mine is on the way. Also the yellow/orange. Not a huge fan of the stock wheels. Or that weird extra peice of plastic on the rear window. But it looks easy enough to cut out. Looks like a late addition to the body mould.
This is my first RC. So far not a great experience. Just playing with it in the yard a U joint broke and now something is broken in the front differential and it's just 2WD now. Not even a week. I'm trying to reach out to FMS for spare parts but no reply back.
@@obrothersrc I bought it through Amazon and because the seller never got back to me in the time period Amazon gave me a refund. I'm going to look into metal parts for it. Must have gotten a lemon because many others are have a great experience with it.

Meanwhile maybe what we should be asking is how can we mount various hard bodies on the Furitec 1/18?
