We like to pin clarifications. We notice the convo going on regarding the number of cells in the human body. The exact number isn't known, and interestingly as Smithsonian points out, "using different metrics gets you different outcomes" (www.smithsonianmag.com/smart-news/there-are-372-trillion-cells-in-your-body-4941473/). The article estimates 37.2 trillion. Which is...a lot of "billions and billions!" And you also have to wonder---are you going to count all the bacterial cells in our body? Because that's also a whole lot. Cell bio is fascinating ;)

My lecturer just assumes everyone's done it so a lot of us who haven't done biology are sitting there like, what the absolute bollocks is Endoplasmic reticulum or Phospholipid bilayer, and god, I've learned so much more in this video than I ever had in five weeks of lectures - Thank you so much!
