I would totally get arrested for 250k. Like arrested just means you are with held for X amount of time. I think most police offices can only hold you up to 24 hours (unless weekends, but fepends on location) if you are arrested with out any charges. So you may spend the night in a holding cell.... but you wake up with 250k.... like okay. Lol
Space station... if catastrophe strikes. I will suffocate or freeze and fall asleep faster than I drown... besides being in space would be way more fun. Have way more of a view.
If it is that easy, then I'd take the 250K also.
