I liked the reverse angle when the other guy pulled out his phone.. you should maybe consider having a burner phone (no service) and provide to a player at the opposite side of the table to record hands you're in for the vlog.. just a cool perspective. assuming we ever get back on the felt.

I tipped $15 once at 1/2nl. It was at that point the biggest pot I'd ever won, and it was a 4-way all-in with me holding Aces. They somehow held up.
Seeing a live table of poker actually makes me a bit emotional right now... I hope this ends and we can play live poker this summer....

I dont believe pokerbros is a legitimate app. I know bart may be trustworthy but there are things that I have seen on the app which makes me question the games fairness and the game more generally. Brad I have watched your vlogs since the beginning and I think your a good guy. I would be happy to share some of my experiences using pokerbros and why I and many people I know don't play on it anymore.

Noam, I'm happy to hear about your experience on there. This concern comes up all the time about almost every online poker site/app though. When you're dealt way more hands per hour and people aren't folding nearly as much, you're going to see some crazy things and bad beats a lot more frequently. I know that's true whether I'm playing on WSOP or PokerBros. At times it doesn't seem possible, especially if you're used to live play, but PokerBros' incentive to create the most fair app possible outweighs the incentive to unfairly alter outcomes by a lot. Although my sample size on there isn't very big, the only differences I've seen between the app and WSOP is in the play styles.
@@BradOwenPoker I have played on PokerStars for years. I have never had a full house vs quads lose over 120BB then the very next hand I'm dealt after I reload run nut flush into a full house with both hands made for both players on the river. This hasn't just happened to me, I have many friends who have run into an unusually high number of bad beats on pokerbros. That same session I ran a Ace high flush into king high fush for 75BB with one of my close friends. I have played a lot of poker and It just doesn't feel right playing on pokerbros.

Can’t lie Brad disappointed your pushing an app again on YT. Seems short sighted from my standpoint. Never ends well but wish you all the best.
It's very important to do your research and make sure you're comfortable with the risks associated with depositing/playing on an unregulated site. I think in general, the vast majority clubs are run properly because there is a ton of incentive to do so. The particular club I recommended is run by Bart Hanson, who is the owner of CrushLivePoker.com. He has a great reputation within the poker community and has way too much to lose by running things improperly. He also has plenty to gain by running things well, which I'm betting my reputation on that he will. I've known Bart personally for years and he's always been a very helpful and ethical person, especially when it comes to business. For those reasons, I felt comfortable talking about his club during a time when people are stuck at home with very little to do. I think that if people can stay busy and not feel the need to go out, it can literally save lives. With all those things considered, it seemed more than ok to tell people about the app. I hope in the future you will trust that I have good intentions.
@@BradOwenPoker I can tell your a good guy Brad and I am genuinely happy for your success. I have no doubt that you have great intentions and are trying to point people in the direction of a club that Bart endorses because people are looking for a place to play anyways. No matter where someone plays they may be cheated some way or another so there’s always risk involved. I stay away from clubs because I know no matter how good the intentions are for those running it, there are hackers in places like Lebanon that can access the back end of these apps rather easily. It’s happens basically every time. PFA radio actually interviewed one of these hackers on a recent episode of Poker Fraud Radio called “The Lebanese Connection”. The truth is these apps can’t pay a decimal of the price that sites like stars do for security and that makes them incredibly susceptible. Then they sell the cheat program. Now maybe this won’t happen on this one. But In general the security on these apps are an absolute piece of cake for these professional hackers. Let’s hope for the best hopefully your followers stick to smaller stakes and have stop losses in place. Anyways, I hope you see my side and I do see yours so hopefully I’ll see you at a MUG when the pandemic is over. IMO what you and Andrew have done has been incredible for the poker community. Content is great, MUGz are great, just a small sofference in opinion on the apps. Anyways stay safe man to you and your family and thanks for the great content.
