Good energy goes with good energy in life crouchy and Abbey you are good people but the reason most people are unhappy nowadays is because life is a complete struggle for most in terms of cost of living and earning power!
Even if u never had money or was rich ppl are constantly on their fones , so trying to make a negative comment on a real answer. No matter who u are it is a problem
We live such a fast paced life in the UK as well. Compared to many other countries, people work longer hours, children go to school for longer hours, it’s extortionate not only to live but to go out for a day somewhere as a family (not free days obviously but an activity), people just aren’t as happy anymore but I’ve always found British people pretty unhappy anyway growing up. I’d say also the weather plays a big part as people are always happier when it’s sunnier! Social media has played a big part in people being anti social and just spewing their hatred out online too 😢 it takes real effort to choose to be happy and it’s the little things in life that do that, my autistic daughter has taught me to slow down and take those little things in 😊
