i got to see this show when i was somewhere around the age of seven and now i'm twelve and i barely remember this spectacular show the only memory i have of it is the lemonade cup that i got from there bye bye Ringling bros you made me fell happy

😢 At least I got a White tiger plush with the baby between its paws, the collar days "The Greatest Show on Earth™" and my cousin got one from a garage sale after it ended, he got it last year I think or this one but it looks not as beautiful as the one I got and somewhat deformed... So it's obviously a fake :/

Nope. Now we have Cirque du Soleil. They are just as entertaining as the old circuses, and they are proof that you don’t need animals to have an entertaining show.

It's sad that people are out of jobs, but they'll recover; animals, though, can't recover from abuse and neglect!! It's unfortunate that some of them have been sold off to other circuses! I'm glad that the elephants got out last year! 😀
Zachary Wamsher I didn't say that the workers were being abused - I said that they were able to get another job. The animals are at the mercy of the people that "run the show" per se, and don't have the luxury of doing something else; they're stuck!
Yes they can animals DO recover from abuse and neglect in sanctuaries and other places where there greatly cared for

In a zoo, animals live in habitats that are specially equipped to meet their needs. They’re not forced to perform for people. They have the freedom to eat and sleep whenever they want to.
