Ok, can we all appreciate for a moment that riot listened to the player base and released not only a new monster champ but also an insanely fun new game mode. This is a rare moment, so let's enjoy it while it lasts.
I can't help but be a bit skeptic tho. Naafiri is definitely a great addition, but I feel that they're gonna bury the game mode similarly to Nexus Blitz . I know it's supposed to become the next permanent game mode but I just feel they're gonna scrap it as soon as the numbers aren't quite what they hoped for after a week
Game is actually shit rn, the item balance is so stupid, rn the champs that can build statik has the most insane win rate overall in the game

Gotta say, I really like how the new gamemode looks. Kinda feels like TFT and League mixed together.
It's like double up but with champions + it will have it's own rank from what I know so it might actually stay for a while :)
check out how battlerite worked, it's a dead game now but they pretty much stole the idea and made it their own, which is not so bad but there is that

I like the new game mode. It reminds me of Battlerite, which I really enjoyed for a while before returning to League.

@@Smokebrick Not enough advertisement I think? Also, the tournaments I was watching before were organized by players themselves. IIRC there were no "official" tournaments of some sort.
Edit: They also made a battle royale version of it (because a lot of games that time were battle royales). They kinda copied what was trending back then.
I guess the devs should've sticked to the brawl arena type genre because it was unique :/

ran into a bug where if u play sion, win the duel, then die after (due to burn or something else BEFORE returning to the rest area), sion will stay dead in the rest area all the way into the next round, effectively leaving ur teammate to 1v2 for the rest of the game lmao

yea, that's all I ever wanted, just fighting. My playstyle even on arams lands pretty close to inting, something like 3-5kda with 9-11 deaths every game. Please polish it Riot, it's a gem.

i really hope we all keep playing this mode so they think about making its permanent. i mean idk about you but aram is not fun, and i dont like tft too much, and sometimes draft or ranked is just way too long and sometimes i want a shorter game. this game mode is honestly the most fun ive had on league in awhile
