From all the quinceanera shows on youtube and on tv. She is probably the only quinceanera girl I loved the most. A lot of these shows show the girls giving attitude and wanted everything big. Forgetting the culture and what 15 are really about. This girl obviously very grounded and her family loves her and want everything for her. I'm so happy to be able to see this experience.
Ever since the whole Bridezilla idea got out, everybody wants to be a demanding drama queen.
Awww thank you so much I appreciate it!!
I love everything about this episode.
Also her family seems to be in kahoots with each other, like, she has great people supporting her through thick and thin. Great for her!
OH MY GOSH WHEN HER GRANDMOTHER SAID SHE CANT GIVE HER RICHES BUT GIVES HER ALL OF HER LOVE THE WATERWORKS FLOWED
So happy to see a latina embrace her indigenous roots and not just the colonizing Spaniard side.
Agree! I didn’t realize that quinceañeras originated with the Aztecs. Pretty cool
I have bicultural kids. Im teaching them about our Aztec roots as I teach myself we only embrace certain things about our culture... I mean my name its Tlacahetl for g-ds sake.
You aren't Aztec. Cortez and his men wiped most of them out and sold the rest into slavery. There are many other native civilizations in Mexico
@@petergeramin7195 If that was true I wouldn't be here.
@@petergeramin7195 not true I’m from Zacatecas the only place in Mexico who was never conquered my Spanish because they couldn’t defeate us
Her dad calling her love and light. Ugh my heart. This German/Irish girl wants to be invited to the party! Such a beautiful family and a wonderful tradition.
This 👏🏾 is 👏🏾 one 👏🏾 of 👏🏾 the 👏🏾 BEST 👏🏾 MOST 👏🏾 TOUCHING 👏🏾 & 👏🏾 MOST 👏🏾 BEAUTIFUL 👏🏾 VIDEOS 👏🏾 PERO 👏🏾 LIKE 👏🏾 HAS 👏🏾 EVER 👏🏾 DONE!!!!
Me, who took ASL in college and is not deaf, but loves the deaf community: GETS TOO HYPE AND DAMN NEAR CRIES WHEN THE YOUNG LADY STARTS SIGNING

I love these kind of vids. So lovely. But seriously, can this be a new series? I think I need a series of Curly being a fairy godparent.
Yesssss👏👏👏👏
It is a new series! You can find the rest of the videos on Facebook watch!
Even though I’m no where near Mexican , I love the fact that I can learn so much about Mexican culture through this channel
Whats your culture then
its not just mexicans that do quinces though?
@@May-may-1475 this particular case it's just méxican. No other latino country does this
Samira Gandhi Ñunuvera well as far as I know My background is more of the Benin and Togo peoples , but being born in America you really don’t look that much into different cultures that you come from , but recently I’m exploring more of my ancestors background
@@IntrovertedJackie I'm completely sure that's its an amazing one.
“Wow those are some super sparkly dre-“
*Sees Curly at* 1:55
WTF 🤣
Ik😂😂
I'm so emotional watching this. What a loving family. She deserves it, but i'm hella jealous
😅😂😂 your hella jealous
Aww Im forever grateful for them!
Me : *sees the mannequins with quinceañera dresses*
“Mira que hermosos vestidos!”
Me : *sees curly*
Also me : SHI I thought curly was a mannequin 💀💀💀
He’s cute doe 🥺
Is this supposed to be an attempt at humor?
Lol, it took me a second too. 😁
I thought Dudley was a mannequin too
This was very interesting! I really enjoyed seeing a new aspect of a quinceanera that celebrates their indigenous background and the deaf community. Every quince is different, but I enjoyed to see how another family celebrates it!
Let's all admit that second dress was mostly for grandma ☺️
Yes it definitely was but I enjoyed it nonetheless!! 😂😂
@@xochitlgarcia5290 Gurrl you looked good in all of them! Also happy sweet 15 Xochitl!!
The second was my favorite it looked beautiful
Can we talk about how SNATCHED curly looked in that dress ??
Quinceañera's are always fun to attend
That boy on the right gotta keep his eyes to himself 👀 12:59
That’s actually my current boyfriend omg BUT YOU HAD ME CACKLING!😂
Xochitl Garcia Im so glad I came to the comments! Feliz quince! Too bad a doble quince isn’t a thing or I would have had one last year 😂
Xochitl Garcia omg you saw my comment! 😂 I’m dead lol. You looked so pretty in your dress! Loved the color!
He wasn't looking at her lol he was making eye contact with the boy across, you can see them kind of laughing/smiling.
this was so amazing to see. i am indigenous and Mexican and i have never seen both my cultures being represented so beautifully.
Curly looked really good in that dress!
Curly....this is a perfect series for you! We get to see you with the fashion, our traditions and helping to make a special day brighter. The love this family has for la senorita just made me so happy. I going to love this series.
So my quince's supposed to be in a year. I've started to plan some stuff already but I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it. My parents are struggling financially and I'm questioning myself if I should still do it. Growing up, my mom told me she really wanted a quince but couldn't afford it back in Mexico and she really want to me to have one. I hope everything works out.
Man this was beautiful! What a fantastic way they integrated the indigenous, Catholic, deaf, and even american community. Awesome how all her friends respect that as well! She and her family deserve the world and more! ❤
Wish I had that kind of relationship with my father... any relationship actually
Cruly: "I'm not taking the dress off."
Also Curly : Takes dress off.
Curly make sure nobody talks you down bc GuRl you looking fine as h e double hockey sticks
Loved this video from beginning to end. Beautiful dress, beautiful traditions and beautiful family. Thanks for sharing. Pero Like is LIFE!!!
This video really touted my heart, because I always try to include my culture in everything especially my indigenous culture it’s something very special to me and this video inspired me soo soo much for my upcoming 15 !! Tlazohcamati( thank you) 🙌🏼
Beautiful Quinceñera. Bendiciones Xóchitl! 💜
María González Hawk thank you!💓
I love how they aren't focusing on them being deaf but just treating them like they would anyone else. Just so genuine
Bro this made me tear up alot. This makes me want to have a daughter as much as I want a son. May God Bless this girl with everything, health, money, success and never ending joy
Kev let god bless you with a healthy child no matter the gender. stay safe
CAPTIONS!! YAASSS. Thank you for featuring the Latinx Deaf community and including the English captioning 🥰
I never had a quince but I wish I did. I'm glad that she's getting the quince of her dreams.
I like the zapateando calentano they’re playing. My parents are from Tierra Caliente!
Me too! I never see tierra caliente get as much hype so when I heard the zapateado I freaked out. My parents are from Michoacán but I live here in Florida😀😀
Her dad and her grandma showing, nd talking about how much they love her was SO DAMN BEAUTIFUL and amazing. Grandma got me crying man
This was so beautiful! The fact that they all had a part in creating decorations and we’re all able to participate in the quince in some form or another really shows how tight knit they are. I loved this quince so much. Bless her and her family! Thank you Pero Like for sharing this with us!
Omg, I cried through the entire video. This is absolutely touching. It's endearing to see so much culture and love exemplified through this beautiful family ❤❤
This is beautiful representing indigenous communities 🙌🏽🍃
Mr.Garcia was my ASL Professor at Elac! This is so dope!

5:35 I have to say it again: LA ABUELA IS SO FREAKING ADORABLE I'M GONNA DIE
I am crying, this video was such a beautiful representation of her, her family, and their cultures
Xóchitl is so beautiful!🥺. Love her family’s compassion! Love that they’re proud of their roots and show off their traditions:)
Wonderfully Done! Great video! I love all the communities being represented. Especially the Indigenous culture - thank you for sharing the importance of roots and being grounded. Wish many good things for the young lady. She has a great amount support surrounding her.
This is SO nice omg! I loved learning about her culture and seeing everything behind this ritual that a Quinceañera is!!!
Your Soo beautiful little girl. Now a little lady. Congratulations. I wish I coulda gave both my daughters a quince. I have a 17 and soon to be 15 year old girls. But finances are hard for me. But I tealñy enjoyed this video and found myself teary eyed
Miss_Tenay G.B I work in finances HMU
Thank you so much! And congratulate your other daughter for me, I’m sure she will appreciate everything quince or not!!💓
I'm soexcited that the deaf community is getting more attention. I have always wanted to learn ASL
I think Buzzfeed needs to pay for a quince for Curly. He's so awesome and sweet and I just wish he was my primo plus the way he was talking about it I need to see his "mini Met Gala" look and he better go extra over the top, tiara, corset, gloves, the works!
Anyone else notice that she got her braces off?? How special 😍
This entire video made me so emotional. I have so much admiration for them including their indigenous roots as well as well as Including their other communities. My entire heart
I love that this is so special and shows her personality and culture not like others showing drama i hope my sixteenth doesn't get canceled
More videos like these please 🙏🏼😩 this was so beautiful to watch 💕💕
This was so beautiful. I was touched by how much love that surrounded this family. Her day was beautiful and I loved the incorporation of the indigenous culture, the sign language and the Catholic/Mexican traditions.
i'm crying - this was so wholesome! what a beautiful and sweet family
Xochitl closing her eyes to focus on understanding her abuela with such love in her face 💜
This was a great episode! Made me cry.
I loved this and I loved that they’re speaking asl in the video too
her dad's voice is so calm and soothing i could listen to him talk all day
I really loved and enjoyed this video. The indigenous culture and customs was amazing to be able to see in this video. There really is a beauty to the culture and roots. Loved it
I love how sweet Curly is all throughout the video.

Very special young lady. This video is so special The integration of three cultures through one young lady. She has a lot of love and support. I wish her the best
Has there ever been a more beautiful and pure family?! MORE CONTENT LIKE THIS PLEASE!! The world needs it. ❤️
Loved this! Waaaaay better than the scripted dramatic nonsense on My Dream Quinceañera
3 languages im so jealous,
Honestly i admire and aspire to know more languages.
Its fun and able to just talk hours in your native language 😭😭❤❤❤
i grew up speaking 4 since i am mixed. the problem is to keep accents untainted , when i speak german everyone in germany can tell I speak french also.
As a mexican with hearing loss and a deaf brother and being away from my abuelita, this video got me crying like a baby in a good way. Thank you so much for making this video.
beautifully done
What a beautiful family, all that love made me tear up. ❤️
By far my favourite episode. Curly you had me laugh my traste off in the nail shop!

👑❤️👑❤️INDIGENOUS QUEENS, STAND UP!!! 👑❤️👑❤️
This is so special and precious. Wow. What a beautiful family and tradition.
This is the most wholesome video. I love her and her family my heart is bursting 😭😭❤️❤️❤️
I love this family so much. The story made me cry!!! How sweet
Such a sweet and unique series 🥰 amazing work helping out and highlighting such a lovely young lady!
Such an awesome girl. So going yet so cultured. I love that’s where incorporated all aspects of her life past and current. Way to go Xotchil. You’re blessed to have such an awesome family.
Her Family is the sweetest! Such a beautiful qincerñera! 😍
This family is beautiful on every level. Xochitl is very blessed.
Xochitl has a resemblance to Kobe's daughter Gigi
strongly resembles gigi
Loved this!
Can't wait for more!
This is beautiful and she looked like a princess ❤️❤️❤️
Beautiful story! So heart warming. She’s so pretty!
This video made me cry. Her family loves her so much!!!!
Xochitl was GORGEOUS!!!!!
And this is why when I filled out the census three days ago I did not mark myself as "white" because at least 94% of my peoples did not originate from Europe. It is sad to say I've lost my roots but I still consider myself indigenous
There’s not many churches around here that’s cater to the ASL community so I was happy to see the priest doing the mass in sign language. Most people think of a quince as just a dance but to most it’s way more then that, ppl forget where quinces originated from.
At my quinces there was a lot of arguing in Spanish and it was not this peaceful because my mom and aunts were yelling
Pero like, please make this it's own series. This was awesome!
All I have to say this quince was beautiful 😍
This was so beautiful I love it so much!!
Loved this! Keep them coming.
I’m so glad that she was able to incorporate all these cultures on her special day. I feel like indigenous cultures are treated as something of the past which is sad when your ancestors live through you and guide you.
I cried the whole episode. What a beautiful celebration for Xochitl... her family and friends, their blend of cultures... just amazing. Well done PL and felicidades a la Quinceañera ❤️
Thank you so much!!🥰
I am crying. Touched my heart.
Thank you.

I love everything about this! Someone said Curly is the fairy godmother and it's so true. Also the love that Xochitl has for her familia and the love they have for her really shows ugh so beautiful.
This familiy and this series are so precious!
I miss my abuelitas every single Day. This just made me think a lot about them.
