Redfishing and Running in the Refuge 2024

- I know the Redfish bite is getting cranked when the critters start chewing on top water lures!! Water temps are inching towards 80 degrees and I'm moving more fish in the back country!! Running a lot of skinny water in the Mangrove Jungles here on the Nature Coast.....So hop on board the Redfishing is starting to get cranked in the back country on the Florida Nature Coast!!
Another great video! People all over the country save up all year to come here for a week ! I feel so lucky to live here all my life the Florida mornings and evenings on the water , are close to unbeatable!! Thanks Wes !💪🏻💪🏻🤌🏽

Thanks Randy!! When the water temp start pushing the upper 70's the critters are ready to chow down.... Just mounted a new 25 4 stroke electric start on the skinny boat.....Just waiting for the weather!!
The water is calm, there are delicious fish here, if you bring a dog, you'll definitely enjoy eating them

Thanks Lee!! Glad to hear that....I've always got the salt to rely on to keep me smiling......I just finished repowering the tunnel with a new 25 HP 4 stroker electric start this morning.....After 19 years it was time to send the 2 smoker down the Gulf!!😎

Sweet, ripping the Refuge! Wow, water temps are sweet! Back in the snow here, collecting sap buckets. I love using soft paddle tails here for walleye, and lakers. Pretty tails, dig the one spotter! Love to rip through the refuge like that, looks like so much fun.
Thanks!! When I've got high tides I can run anywhere up there and the tighter the Mangroves the more I enjoy trying to navigate this area plus you rarely see anybody in the jungle.....It's a unique area that I get to play in.....Enjoy your weekend!!
Sometimes ya gotta throw the tacklebox at em but it only makes the bite that much sweeter.

Thanks Marc!! This time of year I have to remind the critter that I've got several delights on the menu.....I certainly don't want my friends missing out on a Treble Hook dinner.....LOL!! I like to call the spot tails Broom Tails.....Lots of power in the fin!!

@@RandolphRelicRecovery Thanks Martin!! It was time to upgrade from the 2 smoker after 19 years!! I'm installing the new starting battery this morning and I'll get around to the 20 hour break in this weekend.....The electric start is a really nice feature and it starts with a small tractor battery....No more yankin' and crankin'.....LOL!!

Thanks J!! I was just playing around in the Mangroves....This place grows up so fast if I didn't run all of this area from time to time I'd forget all those shallow water and narrow channels!! I can run the back country about 2 miles north of the house and then literally run for 25 miles without getting out into the bays and the Gulf but to do this I have to have a 3.2+ tide!! Just spent the week repowering the tunnel with a new 4 stroke Yamaha 25 hp.....Hoping the weather lays down here by next week....Sea Ya!!
