One of these times it's gonna turn out to be 100% grime, no actual rug. Just a mat of gunk! End product is just the bare floor of the cleaning area.

Is it just me, or do I always wonder what the backstory of these rugs are and how they come to be like this?

  • @kezzstar24

My heart went out to poor Dirt Reynolds in that first pass. This one was brutal!

  • @empressamandar

When you asked "Why is it so thick?" A gif of Michael Scott saying "That's what she said!" would have been perfect right there!

I've watched the whole video and still can't tell how you got from "what alien monster spilled its guts on that rug" to "oh my, what a nice and colourful rug that is". I'm in awe

  • @ferretyluv

This is one of those where I’d love to see a weigh-in before and after, to see how much dirt you got out.

From trash to treasure should be your motto. I admire the work you do.

  • @peggysayre9838

I honestly thought you were going to end up throwing that rug away after using so much product on it. It looked like someone dumped a large container of black ink on the one corner that would have permanently stained the rug. I watched it all but still have a hard time understanding or believing you got that rug so perfectly clean. GREAT job!

That was quite impressive! Usually by the time Dirt Reynolds goes over it the first time, you’ve got a pretty good idea of how it’s going to look, but the beauty of this didn’t really start to come through until the second round, after the back was washed. Great work!

  • @mrs.b0742

I think this is my favorite rug I’ve watched so far. I never could have dreamed such a colorful rug lay beneath all that green mud. Impressive transformation!

  • @LadySinovera

I find myself thinking of the machines by their names lol. "Wow Dirt Reynolds got so much sludge out!" Or "the foam coming out of R2 Clean2 is whiter than it usually is at this point!" 😅

  • @richardletaw4068

I heard you were looking for a 5-10 letter name for your squeegee. My vote: Luigi! Luigi the Squeegee!!

  • @CFGossettAbbasHealingArts

That rug had to be the nastiest rug I've seen in a long time. Hard to believer so much muck and junk was embedded in it. Your determination and tenacity to see it clean is commendable. Good Job!!

  • @erehar4648

This channel taught me to never give up on my rugs. Their fibers are more resistant than I thought and can withstand the filthiest dirt and the harshest scrubbing!

  • @lauried9664

It looked like ink coming out of the rug at first. Afterward, the stunning colors started coming out. What a transformation! Excellent job!

  • @ameshawilliams864

I wonder if it ever surprises him when a beautiful design on the rug is uncovered as much as it surprises us haha

  • @tiahnigreaves7054

To think such a vibrant beauty lay underneath all of that sludge and muck! Loving the new camera angles, by the way. You have excelled again, James! Keep up the awesome content!

  • @amye1642

So many angles, so many sounds! SO CLEAN! Golly I love these.

  • @liisapulkkihenry3763

The dirt just keeps coming out! Every time I think, "Well, that's got to be fairly clean already, " you bring out a ton more dirt! Your commitment to a complete clean is so impressive. If you ever have a rug that can't find a home when you're done, I'll take it. This one turned out to be so beautiful under all that grime. \Well done, sir!
