i think your 'what i eat in a week' videos are the most helpful when trying to transition into being vegan because you show an abundance of food that is not only delicious but also things that most people can easily access and probably eat regularly (even being non-vegan). loved this video and you should definitely do more in the future!!

@@zoyavehra8257 vegan meals have no nutrients. You can see it yourself in this video. This girl is literally grazing on food all day long. She's never satiated from her food because theres no real nutrients in it. She just is filled up from the fibre briefly for 2 hours and then is hungry again.
Funniest part is at the start where she said she wanted to cut all the junk food out of her diet yet in this video we see her eating nothing but sugar.

my school only has 1 vegetarian lunch a month and you cant buy individual items you have to eat what they have set for that meal so i bring my own lunch everyday

Really enjoyed watching this, as someone who’s always wanting to try new foods, this has made me excited to venture out more whilst cooking in the kitchen! Also loved to see what a vegan in school likes to eat, even though I’m not vegan, I do eat halal meat (Muslim) and it can get hard to find places that don’t serve halal meat so seeing all these foods filled with veg is sooo appealing and made me so hungry hahah 💖

Fun fact Hannah. Those 'Pepernoten' litteraly translates to pepper nuts in English. Judging by the way they look they could also be 'kruidnoten' (another popular Dutch snack) which translates to herb nuts and are similar to spiced biscuits :)
