To simply answer your question, yes it can work with less recovery. Long answer: I have learned to play the game with 100 recovery. My game pace is tied to 100 recovery subconsciously. The higher your recovery , the faster you heal when you don't take damage. Recovery is interruptible. Restoration, the solar subclass effect is a continuous healing effect that restores your health and shields and is uninterruptible for a set duration (there is a fragment that increases the time of restoration effects applied to you). There is also the Cure effect from solar subclass. Cure is a burst of instant healing. E.g. You get the Cure effect when picking up the small hammer after it hits a target. Sorry for the Essay but I wanted to give you all the information in the subject.
You can do it with any weapon that has Anti-Barrier on, the great thing about Wishender is that is has wallhacks when fully drawn which helps on the final room. On the final room iirc there is a ledge on the far right you can stand on and shoot the boss.
Just how easier is it solo? And many more questions. Like how is your health taking so much of a beating and keeps in recovering so fast? How are you able to take out the Wyverns so easily? How are you melting through the enemies with ease? I know you showed the build but I'm trying my best to apply that to whatever I do have because I'm missing bits and pieces.
It's much easier to do solo. It scales like the Legendary campaign. The 1st thing for survivability is to have 100 Resilience for the 30% damage reduction. Wyvern's take increase damage from all abilities. Now for the build: How to enialiate your enemies: If you have 3 or more enemies around you Synthoceps activate for 200% increase in melee damage and 50% increase in super damage. Roaring Flames (solar aspect) can stack up to 3 times and increase this effect. If you have Roaring flames active even your uncharged melee applies scorch to targets. Moving to the healing department: Getting an ability kill (throwing hammer or uncharged melee with roaring flames active) will spawn a Sunspot from the Sol Invictus (solar fragment) Sunspots apply scorch to enemies and entering a Sunspot applies restoration to you. Restoration is an uninterupted healing effect for a set duration (You can increase this effect with the Ember of Solace (solar fragment)). Furthermore picking up your throwing hammer after it has hit a target grants Cure. Cure is a burst of instant healing. To top that you can create a Firesprite with Ember of Searing (solar fragment) by defeating a scorched enemy and pairing with Ember of Mercy (solar fragment), picking up a Firesprite grants restoration.

After the first boss there’s a skip to go go instantly to the final boss in a matter of couple seconds
