TASTE OF MALLORCA with owners Kristina and Christer Gardell at Bodega Oloron in Alaro

Bodega Oloron is located at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana Mountain range near the pretty little village of Alaró. Kristina and Christer Gardell who are the new owners and their family have undertaken to restore the bodega to its old glory. To remain true to traditional techniques while enhancing the functionality of a modern vineyard. The modern winery will not only be an architectural masterpiece, but they also plan to have the very latest technology to produce wines in an ecological and environmentally friendly way.
