No lie. Right around the time this song was released, I had it on my iPod on shuffle. Was in Japan on the ferry to Miyajima and saw that beautiful shrine gate in the sea just as the lyrics were like “nobody has to stay where they put. This world is yours for you to explore” and it really felt special. Ten+ years later and every time I hear this song I kinda smile.

I refuse to believe that they were not completely stoned throughout the entire process of writing, performing, and publishing this song and while recording and editing this video.
Man I remember mocking this song big time when it came out and started doing the rounds online, but I've just revisited it today after I caught my 7 year old niece crying because she had worked out that a toy she has uses magnets instead of the 'magic' it claims it has - it made me remember the innocence of childhood and growing up, questioning the things around us and finding logic in the 'miracles'. It made me remember this song from all those years ago, and listening to it now it's actually pretty wholesome. I may even let her have a listen if she promises not to go around swearing too much afterwards. And you know, in 2022, this song might be as ridiculous as it was when it came out, but it's basically a work of art and totally harmless and wholesome compared to the trash CZcams is populated with from the mainstream now. "Pure magic is the birth of my kids I seen shit that'd shock your eyelids" I don't even fuck with ICP like that, but you can't deny. That's a fucking bar.
This song is unironically helping me cure my depression
Solid proof that there's magic everywhere in this bitch
Steven Yanoska hahahaha perfect guys. I couldn’t agree more
I know, I feel like.... Lifted
I came here for cringe but I left laughing and entertained...wtf I love ICP now?
... it's just there in the air.
I wan't to know if this song was written high as fuck like, fr, but I want to know if Shaggy found out about the magnets, and the pelican and the phone...i still want answers after 5 years.
I'm feeling you. I'm curious about that pelican and the phone as well.
Pelican theory is still in its infancy and may not paint a clear picture for many years, even with deep learning AI.
