As a woman who's experienced this first hand it has been devastating for me and our family. It's hit me in my health, in my finances, it has hit me in every area of my life and I am miserable. I'm going through a divorce right now and it is so bad. He's withholding financial support as we're going through divorce, and lying about his finances. I'm 64 and was a stay at home mom so I have no job skills and my body is wrecked from the adrenal fatigue and unending stress among many other stress related diseases and just fear of how I will survive in the future. He spent our savings and did not pay our taxes, so now I have nothing and am responsible for a huge tax debt. I literally have nothing. All I can say is please be very very careful before you marry. Make sure you know the red flags of narcissism and trauma bonding because it can ruin you. It has ruined me.

I am currently getting ready to file and would love to speak to someone before paying an attorney to handle this. It's very complicated and to make matters worse... My husband is a narcissist, by definition. I'm not throwing this term around, he's by every definition with the DSMR classic narcissistic. And he's hiding assets and money. So I'm in need of someone who can handle this personality. Thank you!
