Unfortunatly ... there is no shape pic. About what side being use for double thumbing tech. So...the video is not quitely enough for beginner bass player doubke thumbing.

This Lesson was never intended to be a beginners lesson but more a continuation of certain licks has Marcus miller used. If your looking for a beginners tutorial my suggestion would be to check out victor wooten's videos. This is only some tips that have worked for me, hope that helps.
