This whole fitting system is absurdly complicated. I've yet to see anyone explain it in a logical, easy-to-understand way.
Its just in the game for micro transactions and they made it in a way not to screw up the whole game balance I guess
Well if you think its that hard, i can tell you the problem is between the moniter and chair, and prob looking at the keyboard while typing.
Its not the Davinci code but that riddle got you inside for 72h to 420h breaking that beautifull nudlle of yours. 🎉🎉
The skill points are much more convoluted than the fittings.
I run 3 wood 5 wood 3 iron thru PW. Then gap and sand wedge. I prefer partial full shots over full pitch shots. Power archetype with timing fittings. Allows to have 95 power on everything and above 90 timing/transition

Informative video, I'm not to worried about power I'm more towards shaping and accuracy, even though I'm not too good at them either but I enjoy the game. Keep up the good videos 👍👍
I really like hitting punch shot wedges up to my 8 iron. Max loft, max spin. Nice little skip and stop. I find it easier than hitting a pitch shot with the 8 or 9 iron

I'm not as worried about the power. I'd rather have the control and accuracy traits as my swing path is not the greatest. Currently play with greensman
I've have tried to exchange 3 Red fittings for 1 custom one on two occasions now. I asked for a transition first time around and got a timing fitting and second time I asked for a lie range and got a..... you guessed it, another timing fitting. This doesn't appear to be very custom to me it all seems a bit random. I was pretty annoyed as it takes a real grind to get these things.
I upgraded three purples for a legendary tempo shaft for the driver and it did it but for some reason I can’t select it on the fittings screen. Xbox system
I love the 3 hybrid but that’s a really good point about the skill points. I don’t care that much about vc it’ll come and go
I may eventually throw a 3 hybrid in my bag when I'm fully kitted out and ready to rock.
Question: My fiance likes to play as a local guest and it seems the only way to allow her to have similar upgraded clubs is to "fit" them for the guest player as well.. which means I have to pay double (or triple if my brother plays as a 3rd guest too) for the same fittings I've already paid for with my main character. You know of a way around this? Where she can use my fitted clubs.? Seems like a money grab unless they just play with the standard non-fitted clubs
Can you do a video on ball fittings and characteristics? Have a hard time finding a ball type that acts like a real ball. Long irons should not stick without significant shaping.

Can someone explain exactly what the attributes do for swing path, transition, and lie range? Does transition create your “white bar” wider? And swing path a more accurate line on the swing? Any find this info!
It doesn't widen the perfect zone but widens the grey areas making your slight misses less punishing. Now it isn't a drastic difference but it is a difference.
I also have no end game i just add the best fittings i have to every club lmao
Hybrid clubs are the best clubs to have in the bag. They cut right through the wind. I love the 3 and 4 Hybrid clubs. I play without a 9 in my bag
Yeah, I tried the hybrids. 3 iron and 4 iron is still king for me. Saves me the VC on fittings as well for now.
Using irons instead of hybrids is much better. Hybrids are a waste of skill points and aren't nearly as long out of the rough as a 3 iron.
Is it possible to get your golf clubs from 2k21 onto 2k23?
23 is definitely a big adjustment from 21 for me . I have a question are club brands strictly cosmetic or do they have different boost ?

I just want to know what clubs are best. Its so bad menu. Cuz when I look at 1 club there is just the name not how "good" it is like legendary ore basic club

I am playing the game on PS4 and there quite a few bugs with the game. The game has frozen a few times when they take you to a replay. I contacted 2K support and had to clear cache. Also, I am unable to change my Archetype. I tried to change from greensman to rhythm, but I check after trying to change,but it still shows greensman. 2K needs to do some patches to fix the errors. How has the game been on PC? I think that 2k23 is harder than 2k21. Getting out of green bunkers is more difficult. The balls seem to roll much more in 2k23. Have a good one, take care.
What iron set is labeled in the video?
Is there some trick to saving shafts and grips? I'll select them and by the time I play a round, they've changed. What the hell? Is there an actual save button I need to press? I know it's only cosmetic, but as long as it's there it would be cool to use it.
I heard of a bug that was doing this. I thought maybe it was fixed since I haven't heard of it recenty. But could be what you are running into.

isnt the lie range the amount of power its gonna get cut from the rough stuff? or is it just the size of the grid? thx
Lie range shrinks the lie percentage to give you a better understanding of much the ball is gonna come out. Instead of getting a lie that says 60% - 80%, it will be 72%-80%. Allows you to choose the right club easier.
What irritates me is not every club is available in all skins. Like sure calloway, my 4 wood can be your competitor because i have to have a 4 wood.
My 3 hybrid goes as far as your 3 wood and better from rough

Not hitting a full strength shot. For example, hitting a chip 6 yards, that is a partial.
Can I carry less than 14 clubs?
Pitch shots are elite. 1 bounce and stops dead with the right loft/spin

@@MoreRespawn no matter what my setup is I CANNOT get a good tempo on a pitch shot. any clue why. i have tried 3 controllers, different fittings, different archetype. its the only shot that boggles my mind.
@@GTBlueGold same problem it’s just something with the tempo that throws me off and I don’t know why cuz pitch shots were my go to in ‘21
@@jamesnixon2297 exactly the same. I cannot get them in this one. I have to go up a club or two and swing for a mishit. And it’s wildly inconsistent

Yep, you can exchange them after you fit them.

Anyone know why my fittings disappear from my clubs and I don't get the VC back? My clubs also revert back after changing what's in my bag?
Damn, I thought that bug was fixed. Guess it is still a problem. Heard of a couple people going through it still.
@@MoreRespawn it's so random. I can play a couple rounds and it's fine. Then I will realize mid round my club heads look different. Now I don't want to use fittings because the VC is lost if the fittings get removed.

How do you tell if the legendary fittings this sucks that you have to buy all this crap in the clubhouse pass they should make it for free I'm not putting 2k down I like the game but it's not easy to get started and I hope that they don't put those courses like Pebble Beach and other thing other courses in clubhouse pass we have to buy them you should be able to unlock them in the game so I like your video's you and one more person does the best golfing videos

absolutely no idea what the hell your talking about.....Can't wait till March when EA Sports bring out their new game........trying to get a game on here with real people seems impossible,,,,,no chat or anyway to communicate.....not even sure if I was playing a real person or a computer.........shockingly over complicated game
