I'd love to see more videos! Maybe about how you organize and set up your table? (do you use pvc pipes etc?)
I do crafts and I make sure I also pack some pain medicine. I get headaches out the blue and I also pack those markers for checking bills. I also have a square but no longer have an eligible bank account...😞😣 so I can't use it anymore!!!!! Wah!!!!

I'm going to metro con this August and it is my first con as an artist! so nervous. please give advice.
1. start preparing early! the more time you have, the less rushed - and stressed - you will feel.
2. have a small, high quality selection of products rather than a huge number of so-so ones.
3. know your audience - do some research and find out who attends this show, and what kinds of products will sell. try contacting artists who may have tabled there before or google around.
4. just relax! as your first con, sales may be on and off. it's more important to have fun and take the time to network at the show. I have made amazing friends through artist alleys, it's one of my fav parts about being apart of them.
just a few tips that first come to mind. definitely keep watching youtube videos and reading articles to make sure you are prepared. it's what I did when I was first starting out!
