โดยปัจจุบันเอเอฟเอสเปิดโครงการแลกเปลี่ยนเพื่อการศึกษาและวัฒนธรรมทั้งระยะ 1 ปี และระยะสั้น มีทั้งส่งนักเรียนไทยไปมากกว่า 40 ประเทศและเปิดบ้านต้อนรับนักเรียนต่างชาติจากทั่วโลก
