Do you like these genres? or is there a particular song that is your favorite? Intro: JUST B - Damage I don't own these music, all credit goes to the artist
it’s been super interesting seeing what genres have started becoming popular in kpop recently because most of it can be drawn back to western pop music and the idea that kpop often takes inspiration from it (such as drum n bass and it’s tie to pinkpantheress) one thing i’d love to see next year is groups seeing laufey’s success and possibly trying more traditional pop/jazz influence in their songs but with the nature of kpop we’ll never know what the next trend will be
Just wait another genre will breakout, than everyone will doing the same, i will miss when kpop is full of "hard" edm genre, today everyone wanna be chill
2017~2019 KPOP: Deep House, Future bass
2023~KPOP: UK Garage, Jersey Club, DnB

It is difficult to do K-pop business with jazz.. GWSN and Billlie are the only k-pop idol that have shown jazz music.
