slowing down is important but sometimes it is also okay to speed up. that's how your nervous system stays balanced. it's all about maintaining homeostasis.
I will say the vegan sushi is more like Korean Kimbap :) Sushi has raw fish and vinegared rice. Regardless it looks delicious, and now I want to make some!
Another lovely calming video 😊 It was when I watched one of your other videos a few weeks back that you mentioned the mint green & blacks chocolate and so I went out and bought a bar, and ate it almost in one go 😂 I don’t think you suggested doing that haha but anyway it’s my go to chocolate now 🙈 You’ll soon be living in your new home and you’ll forget the few weeks of uncertainty and upheaval as you enjoy your new life with Kenny and Rue in your first proper home together ❤
